Business Development Representative (BDR)
Outbound B2B Lead Generation

About the Role
We are looking for a driven, energetic, and data-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our B2B lead generation and sales development team. In this role, you will represent our clients’ businesses engaging C-suite decision-makers, qualifying high-quality prospects, and booking appointments for our clients’ field sales teams.
This is an outsourced BDR model, meaning you’ll develop deep familiarity with multiple clients’ products and services, understand their value propositions, and execute outbound prospecting on their behalf. Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels on behalf of B2B clients
- Verify qualification criteria established by clients (budget, authority, need, timeline) through thoughtful discovery conversations
- Communicate clients’ value propositions clearly and compellingly to target decision-makers
- Schedule and confirm appointments for client Account Executives and field sales teams
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to build and prioritize prospect lists
- Collaborate with clients and internal team to continually refine messaging and strategy
- Track all activity, lead status, and pipeline data accurately in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach activity, qualified leads, and appointments set
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in outbound prospecting, inside sales, or B2B lead generation
- Comfortable initiating and managing high-volume outbound calling and email outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to quickly adapt messaging across industries
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)
- Ability to understand new products and services quickly and communicate value propositions confidently
- Resilient, persistent, and professional when handling objections and rejection
- Self-motivated; able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating well with a team
- Familiarity with sales intelligence platforms and intent data a plus
