Full Job Description

UTTR is looking for a full-time Paid Media Specialist to help execute, monitor, and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple B2B client accounts.

This is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates or early-career marketers who are interested in building a career in paid media and digital marketing. You’ll get hands-on experience working with real client campaigns while learning alongside experienced marketers, RevOps specialists, and designers.

You’ll contribute to campaigns that drive real business results for B2B SaaS and technology clients, while developing your skills across paid advertising, analytics, reporting, and campaign optimisation.

What You'll Be Doing

Campaign Management

Assist with setting up, managing, and optimising paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and help identify opportunities for optimisation.
Support campaign launches, budget management, and audience targeting.
Help ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with client goals.
Learn and apply paid media best practices across different advertising platforms.

Performance & Optimisation

Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
Support A/B testing across audiences, ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Track key performance metrics and help improve campaign efficiency.
Assist with reporting on campaign performance and business outcomes.
Develop a strong understanding of how paid media contributes to broader marketing and business goals.

Analytics & Reporting

Work with HubSpot, CRM platforms, GA4, and advertising platforms to analyse campaign performance.
Help prepare reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients.
Identify trends and assist with recommendations for campaign improvements.
Learn how to connect advertising performance with leads, pipeline, and business outcomes.
Experience with Looker Studio is a plus.

Collaboration

Work closely with designers, RevOps specialists, and campaign managers to ensure campaigns are executed successfully.
Collaborate with team members across different functions and learn from experienced marketers.
Participate in client meetings when needed.
Stay up to date with advertising platform updates and digital marketing best practices.

What You'll Bring

Recently graduated or in the early stages of your marketing career.
A degree or educational background in marketing, business, communications, analytics, or a related field is a plus.
Strong interest in paid media, digital marketing, and data-driven marketing.
Basic understanding of digital advertising and how paid campaigns work.
Familiarity with at least one advertising platform (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, or Microsoft Ads) is a plus.
Familiarity with HubSpot, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, or other marketing tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Advanced English (C1).

You don't need to have experience with every platform listed above. We’re looking for someone curious, analytical, and eager to learn who wants to build a career in paid media.

Nice to Have

Google Ads or Meta certifications.
Internship, university, freelance, or personal project experience related to digital marketing or paid advertising.
Experience with Looker Studio or other reporting tools.
Familiarity with attribution tools or B2B marketing technology.
Experience or interest in working with SaaS or technology companies.

Working Hours

This is a full-time remote role (40 hours per week).

We're fully remote, and you can work from anywhere. However, you'll need to have consistent overlap with EST, CST, MST, or PST business hours for team collaboration and occasional client meetings.
