Full Job Description

This is a hybrid position which requires 2 days per week onsite.

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator - Medical Equipment Planning to join TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) in Glenview, IL. The Procurement Coordinator supports medical equipment planning across all phases of the design and construction process. Responsibilities include identifying equipment options at the direction of the Project Manager, requesting equipment quotes, and drafting the purchase recommendation. Duties also include reviewing purchase orders for accuracy, scheduling deliveries during activation, coordinating with third-party warehouses and moving companies, tracking packing slips, confirming receipt of equipment for invoice processing, updating the equipment database, assisting with the development of equipment pick lists, and attending weekly status meetings for procurement projects.

Qualifications You’ll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Community Health, Public Health, Health Sciences, or similar
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel or similar software, Bluebeam or similar PDF editor
Internship or employment experience in clinical, operations, supply chain, or research in a healthcare environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage your time and work on multiple projects concurrently
Ability to effectively communicate with team members / vendors and architects / clients with supervision.
