Overview
As a Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our restaurant’s success—delivering exceptional customer service, preparing delicious food, and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. You’ll work alongside a motivated team that values collaboration, positivity, and a shared commitment to excellence. This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to grow their skills in food service and the food industry.

Duties

Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with care
Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experiences
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and following food safety protocols
Assist with food handling, packaging, and quick service operations in a fast-paced environment
Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a positive work atmosphere

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail math is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication
Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and sales upselling
Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous but not mandatory
Ability to follow sanitation standards and food safety regulations diligently
