Full Job Description

Position Overview

Michael Saunders & Company is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Listing Coordinator / Office Administrator to support our busy residential real estate office. This role is responsible for coordinating listing activities, processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service to agents and clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and process listings, contracts, and closings
Maintain listing files and ensure paperwork is complete and accurate
Prepare deal sheets and track important transaction deadlines
Manage listing updates and MLS input, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assist agents and staff with transaction-related inquiries
Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide outstanding customer service
Maintain office records and assist with general administrative duties
Complete projects accurately and within established timelines

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn MLS systems, transaction management platforms, and other real estate technology

Experience

Real estate, MLS, transaction coordination, office administration, or related experience is preferred but not required. We are seeking a highly organized professional with strong administrative, customer service, and communication skills who can learn quickly and thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Job Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
