Full Job Description

Counseling Society Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Florida-licensed therapist to join our expanding behavioral health team. We are looking for an independently licensed LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT who is passionate about providing high-quality outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Our practice offers a collaborative, supportive, and technology-driven environment designed to allow clinicians to focus on clinical care while our administrative team assists with scheduling, patient coordination, and operational support.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families as appropriate
Conduct diagnostic assessments and complete treatment planning
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Treat a variety of behavioral health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, mood disorders, adjustment difficulties, grief, and behavioral challenges
Collaborate with psychiatric providers, referral sources, and the clinical support team when appropriate
Participate in clinical consultations and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy services
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and risk-management skills
Individual NPI number and active CAQH profile
Professional liability (malpractice) insurance
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience treating diverse populations across the lifespan
Experience working with trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and family-related concerns
Existing credentialing with commercial insurance plans such as Optum/UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Florida Blue, Cigna, Oscar, or AvMed

Schedule

Part-time fee-for-service position to start, with approximately 10–25 clinical hours per week and the opportunity for growth based on clinician availability and patient demand.

Afternoon, evening, and after-school availability is highly preferred.

Location

Hybrid opportunities available. In-person services provided at our Miami office.
