Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Para Legal Title Processor/Closer to join our team with 10 plus years experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the title processing and closing of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Title Examination: Review and examine property titles to identify any issues.
Document Preparation: Prepare all necessary documents,
Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with all parties involved in the transaction,
Title Clearance: Work to clear any title issues by coordinating with appropriate parties.
Escrow Management: Oversee the escrow process.
Closing Coordination: Arrange and coordinate the closing of the real estate transaction.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests throughout the transaction.
Post-Closing Tasks: Complete post-closing tasks, including the recording of deeds and mortgage documents with the appropriate government agencies.

Experience

10 Years previous experience in all aspects of the title business.
Proficiency in using Landtech title and closing software and related tools.
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and attention to detail a must.
