Ideal candidates will have basic computer skills, a desire to do challenging work, and the ability to multi-task.

Principal duties will include:

Providing assistance to the Operations & Provider Relations Teams

· Data entry

· Maintenance of the provider relations databases

· Routing phone calls, faxes and mail to appropriate recipients

· Responding to customer/provider inquiries verbally and in writing

· High quality customer service to both internal and external customers

· Enrollment processing
