Position Overview

KOBEES is seeking a creative, energetic, and self-motivated Content Creator / Videographer to help bring our brand story to life through compelling visual content.

This individual will spend time inside our warehouse and production facility capturing authentic behind-the-scenes moments, product creation, employee stories, customer experiences, and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, identifying content opportunities without constant direction, and creating engaging content designed for today's social media platforms.

Schedule

Approximately 15 hours per week
3 days per week
4–5 hours per day
Flexible scheduling based on business and content needs
Must be available to work on-site

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

Film and capture content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging product-focused, educational, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content.
Capture footage of manufacturing, packaging, shipping, warehouse operations, team culture, and community involvement.
Photograph products, team members, and events for marketing and promotional purposes.

Video Production & Editing

Edit short-form and long-form video content.
Add captions, transitions, music, and graphics appropriate for each platform.
Organize and maintain content libraries and digital assets.
Prepare content for posting and marketing campaigns.

Creative Strategy

Identify and recommend content opportunities and trends.
Collaborate with leadership on campaign concepts and product launches.
Support content initiatives tied to sustainability, product education, customer engagement, and the Bee the Change Initiative.
Assist with content calendars and planning.

QualificationsRequired

Experience creating content for social media platforms.
Basic videography and video editing experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video content.
Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.

Preferred

Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
Photography experience.
Experience creating content for consumer brands, wellness, beauty, sustainability, lifestyle, or e-commerce companies.
Ability to create content from concept through final production.
Portfolio showcasing previous work.
