Full Job Description

Onboarding & Consultation Specialist (Licensed Physical Therapist)Overview

We’re hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to lead onboarding and consultation calls with prospective patients.

This is not a traditional clinical role. Instead of treating one patient at a time, you’ll help dozens of people each week take the first step toward recovery — using your clinical expertise to guide, educate, and convert.

Most patients don’t fail because treatment doesn’t work.They fail because they never start.

You’ll be the person who changes that.

You’ll speak with people who are in pain, unsure, and hesitant — and help them confidently commit to getting care.

About Our Approach

We’re a cash-based physical therapy clinic, which means patients choose to work with us — they’re not relying on insurance to make decisions for them.

Because of that, the first conversation matters more.

Patients need clarity, confidence, and trust before they commit. They’re often deciding whether the investment is worth it, whether we’re the right fit, and whether this will actually solve their problem.

We don’t use pressure or sales tactics. We focus on education, honest guidance, and helping people understand exactly how we can help them get results.

That’s why this role is so important — you’re not just booking appointments. You’re helping people make a confident decision to take control of their health.

What You’ll Do

Conduct inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients
Guide patients from inquiry → scheduled evaluation → show-up
Handle objections with empathy and clinical authority
Re-engage no-shows, cancellations, and past patients
Communicate via phone, text, and email
Track all activity inside CRM/EMR systems
Follow proven scripts while adapting to real conversations

What Success Looks Like

18–22+ attended evaluations per week
90%+ show rate
Every lead has a clear next step
Patients feel confident and committed before they walk in

Compensation

On-Target Earnings for full time: $90,000
Base hourly + performance-based pay per attended evaluation
No cap on earnings — higher impact = higher income

Who This Is For

Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
Comfortable guiding decisions and handling objections
Energized by conversations, not drained by them
Organized and consistent with follow-up
Open to performance-based compensation
