We are seeking an experienced Director of Compliance to lead regulatory compliance across our portfolio of nine Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This strategic leadership role partners closely with executive leadership and community teams to ensure excellence in regulatory compliance, licensing, quality, risk management, and operational best practices.

What You'll Do
- Provide strategic oversight of compliance programs across multiple assisted living and memory care communities.
- Supervise and lead the clinical team
- Monitor and interpret state and federal regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
- Lead survey readiness efforts and support communities during state licensing inspections.
- Conduct routine compliance audits and operational reviews.
- Identify areas of risk and develop corrective action plans with community leadership.
- Partner with Cottage Directors and regional Registered Nurses to improve regulatory performance.
- Lead investigations related to compliance concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
- Track trends, analyze quality indicators, and present compliance reports to executive leadership.
- Develop and deliver compliance education and training programs for leaders and team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and resident-centered care.
- Serve as a trusted resource for operational leaders regarding regulatory questions and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare compliance, assisted living, long-term care, senior living, or a related healthcare setting.
- Active Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license
- Multi-site healthcare leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of assisted living regulations, licensing requirements, survey processes, and quality assurance.
- Experience leading regulatory surveys and managing plans of correction.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze regulations and translate them into practical operational processes.
- Willingness to travel regularly between communities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Clinical licensure (RN, LPN, or similar) is a plus but not required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
