Full Job Description

Job Overview

The Isom Group partnered with eXp Realty is seeking motivated, professional, and reliable Remote Real Estate Cold Callers/Appointment Setters to assist with lead generation efforts. This position is ideal for individuals who are confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with homeowners, and able to follow scripts while building rapport.

This is a remote, independent contractor position that works on an as-needed basis. No real estate license is required.

Available Calling Shifts

Contractors may choose one of the following 3-hour calling blocks:

Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Shift availability will be assigned based on business needs and contractor availability.

Compensation

Flat Rate: $60 per completed 3-hour calling block
Independent Contractor (1099) Position
No hourly wage
Potential for additional calling opportunities based on performance and business needs

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided calling lists
Follow approved scripts and conversation guidelines
Build rapport and professionally engage with potential clients
Identify homeowners who may be interested in buying or selling real estate
Schedule qualified appointments for the real estate agent
Accurately record call outcomes and notes in the provided system
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills
Comfortable making outbound cold calls
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Professional phone etiquette
Self-motivated and dependable
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic computer proficiency
Prior cold calling, customer service, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales experience required

Remote Office Equipment Requirements

Contractors must provide and maintain their own equipment, including:

Reliable desktop computer or laptop
High-speed internet connection
USB headset with microphone for clear call quality
Quiet, professional workspace free from distractions and background noise
Ability to access web-based CRM and dialing systems
Smartphone available for communication with management if needed

What Success Looks Like

The ideal contractor is confident, positive, coachable, and consistent in making outbound calls. Success in this role is measured by professionalism, call activity, quality conversations, and qualified appointments scheduled.
