Located on Portland, Maine’s historic waterfront, Twelve is a nationally acclaimed restaurant from the Prentice Hospitality Group. Position Summary

Support Staff play a vital role in the day-to-day flow of service by assisting both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. This position helps ensure smooth operations, clean and organized workspaces, and a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff during service
Clear, reset, and maintain tables and service areas
Stock supplies including glassware, silverware, condiments, ice, and to-go items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, stations, and common areas
Support food running and beverage delivery as needed
Assist with opening and closing side work
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests when appropriate

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
Reliable availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
