SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT WILL HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE
- You’ve got at least 3–5+ years of experience in a professional shop
- You have real hands-on experience with European vehicles (Mercedes, BMW, Rover preferred)
- You can diagnose and repair - not just swap parts (or you’re hungry to grow into that level)
- You take pride in your work - you don’t cut corners just to move faster
- You don’t need someone standing over your shoulder to tell you what to do
- You’re the kind of person who will jump in and help a teammate when needed
- You’re the type who finishes the job right… even if it takes a little extra effort
- You’re easy to work with - no ego, no drama, no “that’s not my job” attitude
