Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Catering Sales Manager to lead our catering and event sales efforts. In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our catering services, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional event experiences. Your expertise in hospitality, event marketing, and sales will help us elevate our offerings and ensure every event exceeds guest expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our catering brand while working in a vibrant, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate new and repeat business.
Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide customized catering solutions.
Coordinate with the hotel's food and beverage team to ensure that all events are executed flawlessly.
Prepare proposals and contracts for clients.
Manage the catering sales process from start to finish, including follow-up and post-event evaluation.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate new business.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering sales, preferably in a hotel setting
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering software
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
