Sr. Portfolio Manager

Market Rate and Affordable Property Management firm based in PNW, with an office in Portland. Our management approach centers on personalized service, transparency, and reliability, supported by modern technology that creates a seamless experience for both residents and property owners. Our team is experienced and driven by a genuine commitment to adding value to every asset we manage.

Description:

Oversee all aspects of day-to-day property management operations
Maintain strong client-facing relationships
Utilize Yardi
Assist with budgeting, financial reporting
Perform frequent site visits
Supervise site personnel
Soliciting vendor/contractor bids and managing the budget for all maintenance and capital improvement projects
Monitor and make recommendations on budget performance for sites within the assigned portfolio
Resolve resident relation issues promptly
Oversee and assist with leasing activities and communicate performance concerns
Promptly reply to all requests for information related to the assigned portfolio received by company personnel as well as external stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements:

3+ years managing Class A conventional, market-rate, or affordable multifamily properties as a senior-level manager
Must have multi-site experience managing 1,000+ units
Strong understanding of local and general housing market trends
Ability to review, analyze financials, and develop goals to achieve the owner's desired outcome
Exceptional time management, organizational, and problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
Hybrid schedule
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team members and owners
Ability to handle conflict resolutions, complaints, and provide a high level of customer service
Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve efficiency
Ability to handle complaints and ensure community standards and company values are upheld
Familiarity with Yardi
Must have a valid driver's license
