Position Summary
Get It Rite Construction is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Senior Construction Office Manager / Project Coordinator with 10+ years of experience in the residential remodeling or construction industry.
This is a key leadership role responsible for keeping both our office operations and project workflow running efficiently from the initial customer inquiry through final project completion. The ideal candidate understands the day-to-day operations of a remodeling company and can confidently manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of office management or administrative experience within the residential remodeling or construction industry (Required)

Responsibilities
- Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate project schedules, appointments, and timelines.
- Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and municipalities.
- Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, change orders, invoices, permits, and project documents.
- Maintain organized customer files and project records.
- Coordinate material orders and delivery schedules.
- Track permits, inspections, project progress, and scheduling.
- Assist with QuickBooks invoicing, payment tracking, and job costing.
- Keep multiple projects organized and on schedule.
- Support ownership with daily office and operational tasks.
- Improve office systems, workflows, and project organization.
- Utilize CRM software, AI tools, and other technology to improve efficiency.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Our in-home office environment includes three resident dogs on the property. (Two German Shepherds and one 14-year-old Jack Russell Terrier.)
