Position Summary
We are seeking a driven, energetic, and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our business and expand our footprint throughout the region.
The right person for this role is highly motivated, competitive, and takes ownership of their territory and accounts. This individual will become a subject matter expert in our service offerings, local labor market, and workforce solutions, allowing them to build long-term partnerships with clients that lead to increased revenue, deeper relationships, and customized staffing programs.

What You'll Be Selling
Our Business Development Managers sell workforce solutions across a variety of industries, with a primary focus on industrial staffing services.
Approximately 80% of businesses use staffing services in some capacity, creating unlimited opportunities to develop new partnerships and expand existing accounts.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Develop and qualify new business opportunities and hot prospects
- Conduct in-person and phone-based cold calling activities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and activity metrics
- Create staffing solutions and customized workforce programs
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements
- Conduct formal and informal presentations with prospective clients
- Network and actively participate in community and business organizations
Account Management
- Perform current account reviews and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct client evaluations and upsell additional services
- Build long-term relationships with key decision makers
- Assist with collections and account management responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Manage budgets and territory performance
- Prepare reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful client delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred
- Staffing industry experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- A competitive spirit and desire to win every day
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Compensation: Base at $55,000
