COMO Golf Club Brand & Social Media Ambassador

COMO Golf Club is looking for a creative, outgoing, and social-media-savvy Brand & Social Media Ambassador to help bring our club experience to life online.

This is a great opportunity for a student or local creator who enjoys golf, sports, events, nightlife, content creation, and being part of a growing local business. You do not need to be a scratch golfer — we care more about creativity, personality, consistency, and knowing how to make content that feels fun and real.

About COMO Golf Club

COMO Golf Club is an indoor golf and entertainment venue located in Columbia, Missouri. We offer golf simulator bays, leagues, events, private parties, food, drinks, and a fun social atmosphere for golfers and non-golfers alike. Despite the name “club,” we are open to everyone.

Role Overview

The Brand & Social Media Ambassador will help create, capture, and post content that showcases the COMO Golf Club experience. This includes golf content, event coverage, league nights, drink specials, behind-the-scenes moments, customer experiences, and fun social content that helps grow our brand.

This role is perfect for someone who understands Instagram, TikTok, short-form video, local trends, and Mizzou/Columbia culture.

Responsibilities

Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and stories
Capture photo and video content during league nights, events, specials, and busy club hours
Help promote upcoming events, leagues, specials, and private booking opportunities
Create fun, casual, and engaging content that fits the COMO Golf Club brand
Be comfortable appearing on camera or helping direct others on camera
Help identify content trends that could work for COMO Golf Club
Assist with basic captions, post ideas, and content planning
Represent COMO Golf Club in a positive, welcoming, and professional way
Encourage engagement and help bring new people into the club

Ideal Candidate

Creative and comfortable making social media content
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and story-style content
Understands what makes content feel natural, fun, and not overly corporate
Interested in golf, sports, events, nightlife, hospitality, or local businesses
Comfortable interacting with customers and capturing content in a public setting
Reliable, organized, and able to meet basic content deadlines
Connected to the Mizzou or Columbia community is a plus
Basic photo/video editing skills are a plus

Time Commitment

This is a flexible part-time ambassador role. Expected commitment is approximately 3–5 hours per week, with some availability during evenings or events preferred.

Compensation

Compensation includes a monthly stipend, free golf perks, and performance-based bonuses.

Proposed structure:

Monthly stipend
Free bay time and club perks
Bonus opportunities for tracked bookings, successful campaigns, or high-performing content

Final compensation will be discussed based on experience, availability, and content expectations.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who can help make COMO Golf Club feel fun, welcoming, and easy to share. The goal is to create content that makes people say, “That looks like a good time — we should go.”
