Grunts Move Junk & Moving:
We are looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to lead teams in our pursuit of customer and team-member satisfaction. Team Leads (valid driver's license and clean driving record required) play a critical role in performing jobs with their team every day, being prepared for the unexpected, teaching new hires, communicating with the office, customers and team members efficiently, thinking outside the box when necessary, helping to maintain tools and equipment and more.
- Experience driving box trucks and pickup truck/trailers is preferred.
- Moving experience preferred
Working for Grunts Move Junk & Moving will not be boring. No day is the same, you are on the road with your team, tips are great, and there is a sense of accomplishment when you finish a job for your customers. You will be trained by our long-time leads on processes and procedures and then lead your own team when you’re ready. Our base of operations for this role is Plainfield, VT

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Moving residential and commercial customers from one location to another
- Residential and commercial junk removal
- Leading a team as a hands-on teacher and role model
- Maintaining top-level customer service
You should:
- Be reliable and dependable (with reliable transportation to and from work)
- Be customer-service oriented
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean record (for the last 3 years)
- Be ready and willing to learn our systems
- Have a positive and team-oriented attitude
- Be willing to help the team keep trucks, trailers and other equipment clean and well-maintained
- Be able to lift up to 75 LBS
