Full Job Description

PT Aide/Medical Receptionist Needed for Our Physical Therapy Office.

Job Responsibilities:

Front Desk/Admin Tasks (70%): Includes organizing and managing patient caseload: scheduling, collecting payments, billing, calling insurance companies for pre-authorization, maintaining client relations to maximize engagement and minimizing drop offs.

PT Aide Tasks:(30%) Helping our Physical Therapists in the treatment of our patients by maintaining an efficient workflow: cleaning, setting-up, and breaking-down equipment.

Skills Required:

You MUST have a STRONG WORK ETHIC and be DEPENDABLE
Strong people skills, social awareness, and ability to anticipate unstated therapist and client needs.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills: phone, email, and face-to-face.
Office Systems: You are comfortable using a computer, Google Drive, Spreadsheets, and Docs.
You’re coach-able, love to learn new skills, and improve yourself.
You take constructive criticism well and enjoy getting regular feedback that will optimize your skills and performance.
You are punctual.
Chinese speaking a plus but not essential.

You are looking for a long-term position. You are able to work for an absolute minimum of 1 year.

The Specs:

-We are looking for someone to work a min of 3-5 shifts (Part Time or Full Time). The right candidate(s) will be an integral part of a dedicated team helping to improve the quality of life of our patients.
