Wellness Assistant for Naturopathic Practice

Are you passionate about natural medicine, personal growth, and helping others feel their best? Do you bring an upbeat, positive energy to your work—and love being part of a healing environment? If so, you may be the perfect fit for our naturopathic practice.

We are seeking a Wellness Assistant to support a naturopathic doctor in delivering exceptional patient care. This role blends administrative duties, patient support, health-coaching assistance, and event coordination—all within a holistic, wellness-centered setting.

Weekly Hours

Monday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (extended hours on seminar event nights)
Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday-Saturday: Flexible hours (doctor is out of office; administrative tasks must be completed—typically 1–2 hours each day)

Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, supportive patient communication and in-office assistance
Complete administrative tasks including scheduling, messaging, and maintaining patient flow
Assist with health coaching support, including wellness protocols and educational materials
Maintain a tidy, calm, and welcoming office environment
Manage supplement and product inventory
Assist with written materials, emails, and patient follow-up
Coordinate seminar events, including logistics, preparation, and communication
Communicate professionally with venues, vendors, and event partners
Support the doctor with daily operations while remaining open to direction and feedback
Reflect the values of natural medicine and holistic care

Ideal Qualifications

Interest or experience in natural health, holistic wellness, or naturopathic medicine
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort with technology (EHR systems, scheduling tools, email platforms)
Ability to stay calm, upbeat, and supportive in a dynamic environment
Experience with event coordination is a plus
Commitment to ongoing learning and personal development
