Elementary Science Curriculum Writers
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Job description:
Hello Teachers!
We are looking for a dynamic Curriculum Consultant to drive content creation and curriculum development, working closely with teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
This role involves content review, feedback, and creating materials to enhance teachers’ use of supplemental science materials.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop educational resources, including auditing current materials and providing suggestions for improvement
Engage in routine training and weekly check-ins virtually and asynchronously to monitor the progress of work
Writers must be experts at writing to and navigating educational state standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in a Science-related field (not Education).
Teaching experience with at least 5 years of teaching in elementary or middle school in science, with particular emphasis on Grades K-2, and a deep understanding and knowledge of NGSS standards.
Experience in content creation and curriculum development.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Creativity and passion for delivering high-quality educational materials.

Job Details:
Pay is $30/hr. Work is on a freelance basis. When called to work with clients, we’re looking for someone who can dedicate 20-40 hours a week. We offer a ton of flexibility, and ALL the work is from home!
