Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team who have no experience but have knowledge in Java programing.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start a career in software development. The role offers hands-on experience in Java programming within a supportive environment, ideal for developing foundational skills and understanding real-world application development.

Candidates will be paid during their training period if they clear technical evaluation.

This position is not for OPT or H1B candidate. Kindly do not apply if on OPT or H1B visa.

Duties

Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications under supervision
Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements and contribute to coding tasks
Participate in code reviews and debugging sessions to improve programme quality
Document programme functionalities and update technical documentation as required
Support the team in implementing new features and fixing bugs in existing applications
Engage in daily stand-ups and team meetings to stay aligned with project goals and progress

Skills

Basic understanding of Java programming language (training provided for those with minimal or no prior experience)
Willingness to learn new technologies and programming techniques
Good problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Good communication skills, both written and verbal

This role is ideal for individuals eager to kick-start their career in software development, offering valuable industry experience while working on meaningful projects. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for technology, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to continuous learning.
