You’ll contribute to the development and evolution of our technology solutions, platforms, methodologies, and intellectual capital. What you’ll do:

Partner with customer-facing team members to understand business requirements and shape TRIRIGA solutions.
Design, configure, and implement TRIRIGA applications, workflows, forms, data models, and integrations — always ensuring solutions align with and extend out-of-the-box functionality rather than overwrite it.
Collaborate with teammates and clients to achieve optimal design and build decisions.
Mentor junior developers: review work, provide guidance, and build team expertise in TRIRIGA best practices.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage TRIRIGA’s capabilities to maximize business value.
Independently test, debug, and troubleshoot TRIRIGA applications; support other developers’ projects when needed.
Create and maintain technical documentation, support materials, and training guides for both developers and end users.
Post-implementation, provide ongoing support, root cause analysis, and performance tuning for efficient daily business use.

What you’ll bring:

5+ years of IBM TRIRIGA development experience, with proven ability to lead implementations.
Deep knowledge of TRIRIGA Application Platform, configuration, workflows, and data model design.
Experience building solutions that integrate with — and extend — TRIRIGA’s out-of-the-box capabilities.
Ability to collaborate closely with customer-facing team members to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Experience mentoring and developing junior technical resources.
Proficiency with Java, SQL, BIRT reporting, and/or integration technologies (SOAP, REST, APIs).

Nice to have experience with:

TRIRIGA UX Framework and newer platform features.
IBM Maximo or related IWMS/ERP systems.
Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure).
DB2, Oracle, or other enterprise databases.
Business Intelligence or analytics tools.
