In terms of the job itself, it was pretty easy and straightforward. Managing properties and talking to clients was both seamless and effortlessly. I don't have any complaints about the job itself. But the employees that are in the company are the most incompetent human beings to ever been produced in this earth. The other workers are a liability when it comes to office tasks like Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Property Management. I feel like they only hire people based on Work Experience and not on raw talent or skills that is needed to do the job. I've seen people that never had a job in their life that can they're jobs 1000x times better and efficient. Yeah those workers or the company could brag about having job experience while they're being easily outperform by past workers that I've worked with that never had a job before. I personally do not tolerate weak working skills and I personally refuse to work with anyone with them, I always want to be in a work place that witholds the highest standards in work professionalism which this company is desperately missing.

Accelion is a company I would recommend to anyone. Your day to day revolves around building and maintaining relationships in the MDU space ( mainly apartment complexes) with leasing agents and property managers that way you can generate sales from residents moving in and out of those buildings.  Accelion has a great company culture with strong leaders and are very transparent with what they expect. Management's goals and standards are clearly laid out which makes things much easier. They also work with their employees to ensure success. This is a position that requires a high level of organization as well as self motivation which may be difficult for some. A lot of your work is independent, however your team is constantly supporting you.  Awesome company to work for!!

The remote work environment is very dynamic.  It isn't a work from home role, but rather work in the field.  No two days are ever the same and you get to build meaningful relationships with many people.  There is only one remote meeting per week.
The culture is second to none.  The company takes employee feedback and applies it to our systems, processes, and policies.  Micromanagement is non-existent, but you have all the support in the world if needed.  There is always open communication between peers and leadership.  The health, safety, and well-being of employees is prioritized.  Adequate PTO and sick time is provided and there are great health insurance plans to choose from.
Sales targets are weekly which makes attainment much easier.

As an account executive, you have the flexibility to work within your own schedule, but that does mean if you’re not available that your sales go to others and you will miss targets.

Pay is salary based, so if you work more than 40 hours (and sometimes you need to to make goals) you will not be compensated for overtime. There are no raises and salary negotiations. The commission for each sign up is pretty low compared to similar roles in other companies.

This can be a good starting point to gain some sales knowledge and relationship building skills, but use that your advantage to move on to something better structured, better paying and with better benefits.

Job requirements are clear and easy to complete. A great balance between communication/socialization with plenty of people and working on your own in your own space. Management is perfect between no micromanaging but also being very motivational with bonuses, rewards, and personal life time.  Hardest part of the job is constantly staying organized with admin work. Most enjoyable part of the job is getting recognized for all the hard work, effort and time that you put into your day-to-day work week. 

My typical day involves me being hands on with the ordering and move process for residents television, internet and wireless needs. I'm in direct contact with property management  and leasing agents to ensure that I'm being given the proper information for their residents, while I'm also  providing them any information needed to better assist their property.
I'm given a lot of freedom to make my own schedule and work according to what needs to be done for mine and my teams success.

I've been a territory manager for a year now and this has been the best company i've worked for to date. I've felt welcomed and apart of the team since day 1. There has been multiple opportunities for promotion since i've been here and with how fast we are growing there will be even more opportunities in the near future!  You definitely get out what you put into in this position which is very rewarding!

I usually don’t give reviews but this company is a really great place to work. Great work/life balance, culture and the leadership team is wonderful. It is a sales job and quota must be met but it was no micro managing even on my slow months. They really treat you like a human being and not a number.

If you are offered a territory manager position here definitely take it. I would still be working here if not for personal reasons. 

Accelion is charming in that it's small, privately owned, and has a family-style way of operating. It's apparent to me how deeply the owners care about employee satisfaction. For example: every year that I've worked for Accelion the company has grown financially and with that growth they've always found a way to put more money into the employee benefits.
