I can HONESTLY say that I LOVE MY JOB. The ratio of work to home is great. My coworkers literally are my family, and I must say it is a real rarity to actually LIKE ALL your coworkers. The company itself does thrive on positive energies, and making sure that a person is the right fit before they are even offered a position. ACOM will allow you to grow and even try different positions as they come available and if you are qualified for said position. I can truly say I see longevity here and I am blessed and thankful for INDEED since I feel as though they recommend the PERFECT job for me! Everyone’s experiences can vary at any given job; but I must say coming from a huge company ( I will not mention the name out of respect) I will say ACOM vs “ THEM “ —— ACOM IS UNBEATABLE! Even if my other company where offering more money than what I make now to be honest I would decline. Because when you find a job you TRULY L-O-V-E YOU WILL KNOW IT!

While working at Acom, I have developed my communication skills by actively participating in team meetings and activities. I learned how to analyze complex problems by troubleshooting technical issues. I have also improved on scheduling skills, time management, and problem-solving skills. I have gained a deeper understanding of the security industry. Management's motivating attitude keeps our team focused and productive. Their leadership style empowers team members to take ownership. The company's goals and vision are clearly communicated. The hardest part about the job is staying up to date with the constant changes in the industry but it allows me to continuously learn and improve. The most enjoyable part about my job is receiving positive feedback from our customers. This motivates me to provide the customers with a memorable experience. 

Working as an MSP Service Coordinator for Acom has been a great experience. My role includes building jobs, creating and invoicing service tickets, and documenting time and ticket amounts to help track IT team productivity. While there was a slight learning curve with the Sedona program, it became much easier with time and practice.

What really makes this job stand out is the team and work environment. My coworkers are incredibly friendly and always willing to lend a hand whenever I need help. The atmosphere is supportive, which made it easy to settle into the role and feel confident in my responsibilities.

Another major plus is how balanced the workload is. I always have enough to keep me busy throughout the day, but I never feel overwhelmed or overworked.  It’s a good pace that allows for productivity without burnout.

I would absolutely recommend this position to anyone looking for a collaborative team and a job that offers both structure and support.

I have worked for Acom for almost 2 years. Although my time has been short, I would recommended this company to any hard working individual. The owners are genuinely compassionate and caring. They show appreciation to the employees on so many levels. In over 30 years of being an employed, I have never seen a company do so many "extras" for individuals on their payroll. I feel appreciated and respected, with a sense of value. 
The customer base is a top priority for this company. They want the customer to be safe and satisfied. You are never "just another person"- If you are looking for a career, within a family-owned and operated business- I would recommend Acom. One of the things I looked at when being interviewed, was the longevity of employees. That sure tells a story!

No follow up. Management needs to be trained on how to be managers. 
No direction, ship is floating but no one is steering the wheel. Trust no one. 
Document everything you do, make hard copies, keep a file on everything. 
Pay to use personal cell phone, not worth the use. Buy a cheap cell phone so it can be easily replaced.
Keep track of all days off, keep documents on why and when you used time off. If for some reason things don’t work out you will need this information for unemployment.
Long term employees are forgotten, low pay, no respect. 
Don’t think working for Acom you will be making a money, only the select few will receive great pay. Better off working for retail or Uber. 

My typical day is filled with opportunity to learn new things and meet new people as well as make new friends. I've had the pleasure to learn how to make people happy by solving their problems as well as create systems that help people feel secure and help keep them informed of what is going on in/around their property and businesses. Management is eager to support and guide you when needed. Our workplace culture is upbeat with a common goal of taking care of the customer as well as each other. The hardest part of the job is leaving a problem unresolved but the best part is when we all come together to resolve it.

I really enjoy my job.  Each day brings new opportunities to accomplish personal and company goals.  I have worked in sales and sales management for the majority of my career and feel fully supported and heard with this organization.

I was drawn to ACOM because it is a successful family-owned business with unlimited growth potential.  The business model is very unique and the people who work here are dedicated to its success. I also appreciate the philanthropic endeavors the company supports.  

Great experience so far!  Just passed my one year anniversary.  Looking forward to many more!

A typical day at work is filled with a heavy sense of camaraderie and at the same time feeling accomplished with all the work that gets done. I've learned to multitask and still maintain a good work pace without any stress. Management keeps us moving forward and does everything in their power to make the work environment comfortable,safe, family friendly ( in the sense that we all have each others back) for employees and visitors alike. The hardest part of the job is trying not to have too much fun and the best part is the accomplished feeling I go home with every evening.

No policies or procedures, they don't take accountability for their mistakes instead they take it out on employees, you don't get any reviews or raises , there's no chance or opportunity to advance , some workers there are cool others well let's just say they are very shady, if this is your only chance to get a job take it but you'll soon learn this company is just keeping you from your full potential in life and will flip on you the minute you leave !

What started out as a great place to work quickly took a turn for the worse.  Fired on the spot, which they claimed poor customer service, yet no warnings were issued.  It has occurred to me this company is only friendly if you are a Christian, do not work here if you are not.  You will not get any warnings.  Never have I had issues finding employment but after losing my job to this place I haven't been able to find employment so my guess is they give bad info behind your back
