What is the best part of working at the company?
Not much rewarding place to work at least as a housekeeping. Work environment is toxic too much drama and favoritism is obvious. So not a rewarding job at least in this specific place . Housekeeping team  are not considered by the supervisors administration and other employees

The lack of disrespect from other employees supervisors and administration for the position are you working for

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic lots of drama . And very stressed place very little work ethic’s  and  not respect from 90 percent of the employees work there

Unpleasant . As the day goes by more unpleasant gets

Having dedicated 30 years of my career to this Nursing Home,I can attest to its unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care for patients and fostering supportive environment for all staff. The facility prioritizes the well being of residents , also consistently focuses on happiness and welfare of all employees. Over the years , I’ve witnessed the Nursing Home evolve with advancements in healthcare, embracing innovation while maintaining a focus on patient care and satisfaction of all staff members.It’s been a privilege to be part of an organization that makes every day at work enjoyable and rewarding.

Working for this company over the past 6 years I have went from a dietary aide in high school to an administrator in training to the buisness office manager. This company has given me so many opportunities to grow and I will forever be grateful for that. I have learned so much from my coworkers and genuinely enjoy my work and being around everyone. Management is understanding, caring and they push you to be the best that you can while always offering assistance even when it's not their area of expertise. Everyone is so helpful and they work together as a team. 

Horrible management toxic environment down right dirty liars From the E.D down to the medication technicians sometimes they pass meds sometimes they throw them away!! Management don’t care! They pay well over enough to be treated kind and to live in a safe environment which they do not the meals are horrible and sometimes served cold lots of favoritism at this place if you don’t fit in they really don’t like you please people be aware do not put your loved ones in this place I wouldn’t recommend to a stray dog 

I have worked for AdviniaCare for approximately 9 years and have always been treated with respect and fairness.  I feel like my opinion is valued and I have been supported in my endeavors. Work life balance has been exceptional, and I have never felt that I had to make a choice between the two. I think as with any place of employment there are challenges. There are individuals and situations that can make the environment demanding and stressful but, in my experience, the good in my organization definitely outweighs the bad.

It is not a good company to work for..It is under staffed and poorly ran...Management does not care about their employees

Very stressful and a lot of unnecessary work drama

Overworked and under paid for being a memory care facility.

none, they over work you and take advantage of you!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You must be on top of your hours and paycheck. I had three paychecks missing hours and pay in 6 months.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The workers are mostly Haitian.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Running around the whole building, there is only one RN for over 65 residents.

Southpointe has a great leadership team that listens and is supportive.

Family demands can be stressful

Doing things the right way. Staff is helpful and caring. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Just a busy day which makes time go by.

Employees are constantly missing hours on their paychecks and even FULL paychecks. Told to wait until the next pay period for correction. 

Company continues buying new buildings when they can't even afford what they have. Staff is overworked (and not paid correctly), constantly blamed for the shortage of supplies (they think we sell them on the side?), and commonly blamed for the complaints of the patients. Multiple facility vendors calling daily looking for payment. 

I loved doing my job the only thing I did not enjoy was the micro management from my own boss and other departments. I also did not like the mistreatment and set up for where the nurse aids are hired from. Terrible people that they pick there to work sometimes and they like to meddle in activities, when we are the ones that spend the most one on one time with these patients.
