What is the best part of working at the company?
PTO time of 18 days. 
The mission is fabulous, the approach in a new market is short sighted and unrealistic. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The lack of direction and endless  changes in direction, no time to pivot. No time to develope relationships and trust in community. Just get it done. Accusations of not working hard. Upper management does not foster a team spirit. High pressure, lack of support. Fear that you will be next to lose your job. Only concern is numbers. Not concerned for professionalism, community and employees feedback. Community image of no concern. No one has ever asked – Why do you think your community/territory is not responding? When questions are asked you are veiwed as negative. Grace is not a word in the vocabulary of  management. very unrealistic. 

Marketing can’t make the phones ring and website leads respond, they have failed yet still have jobs. Also, they have a unnecessary hold on local marketing which caused delays in projects, missed opportunities. So worried about branding vs local marketing opportunities. Why have brand guidelines if you don't trust team to execute properly? Maybe they should add required legal jargon to brand guidelines and trust teams will comply. Never experienced such a micro-mangaged marketing team, and I have worked for major brands. 

Internal operations - much to be desired in some locations. Very divisive and unprofessional, more worried about gossip and pitting folks against each other, played favorites, plotted to remove employess, not a welcoming environment. 

Very disapointing, great mission, poor execution. 

At ArchWell Health, the mission to serve patients and improve healthcare is strong, but unfortunately, the internal culture is undermined by poor leadership practices. During my time here as a Senior Product Manager, I contributed to strategic initiatives that advanced the company’s technology and operations. However, despite delivering results, my experience was marred by a toxic management style from direct leadership. Instead of fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability, leadership often resorted to public blame, retaliation, and a lack of transparency.

The hardest part of the job was navigating an environment where constructive feedback was ignored and retaliation was used against employees who spoke up. Even though I was proactive in raising issues and providing solutions, my input was often dismissed or mischaracterized. This created unnecessary stress, which ultimately overshadowed the meaningful work being done.

The most enjoyable part of the job was collaborating with cross-functional colleagues who truly cared about patients and worked hard to move projects forward despite the challenges. There are many talented people within the organization who want to do the right thing—it’s unfortunate that poor leadership prevents the culture from reaching its potential.

The member consultants (sales) face unrealistic expectations. What they expect from their workers, who receive little training,  mental beat downs, and high stress, is difficult to comprehend. They expect seniors, who already have doctors, to simply signup to archwell because the company opened its doors is ridiculous. Seniors like what they know and feel comfortable. Change isn't easy for them. Of course management, with their low emotionally intelligent management doesn't understand that. They are insurance professionals playing the role of care providers. They know nothing about senior psychology or how difficult it is to sell a product ( a good one) to seniors who don't trust them. Especially in new markets. They need to look at their management structure and stop hiring insurance people who have no people skills to manage other human beings. The turn over is staggering. This doesn't help sell the product because it causes distrust in their customer base. It's basically a startup so new employees train new employees. It's ridiculous. Leadership is ridiculous. 
If you decide to pursue a position with them, dont do it in sales. You would regret it quickly. If you want a job that last just a few months. Apply. You will leave.

When I first started, I was optimistic and truly believed this would be a great place to grow. The environment seemed friendly and supportive at first, but that image quickly faded. Teamwork is limited, and the workplace is often clouded by favoritism, unnecessary drama, and jealousy.

A major piece of advice: never discuss pay with coworkers. If anyone finds out you make more than them, it can lead to tension, false reports, and efforts to make you look uncooperative. Expect to take on duties far outside your job description often equivalent to RN responsibilities, but without the pay.

While I worked hard and helped improve performance numbers, voicing valid concerns about fairness, workload, or accuracy in procedures was not well-received. Once you speak up, you may become a target. HR offers little to no help, and upper management remains distant and unresponsive.

If the stress from the job starts affecting your mental health, don’t expect empathy it’s often seen as a liability and can quickly result in a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). Before submitting your resignation, make sure to save all certifications and training records earned through the company, as they will likely restrict access afterward.

It seems like management may have been hired based on connections rather than qualifications. Several members of the market growth leadership team appear underqualified for their roles and unfamiliar with the local market, learning on the job instead of bringing real experience. At times, their rudeness or dismissive behavior comes across as an attempt to cover up their lack of knowledge and expertise. The market growth leadership takes zero accountability. It’s the blind leading the blind, fake it until you make it mentality.
An organization often reflects its leadership. In this case, the growth team’s leadership appears unclear in direction, inconsistent in approach, overly authoritarian, and lacking in emotional intelligence. As a result, the culture has become increasingly strained marked by quiet whispers of frustration and disgruntlement. Yet, for fear of losing their jobs, many employees choose compliance over honesty and frankness, which allows mgmt to continue their behaviors.
Good company with major internal issues. It’s a very highly cliquey environment where they lead and manage with their personal feelings causing an exodus of great employees. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The benefits, are the amount of PTO and that you get TRUE paid holidays and don't have to use your PTO days.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Their unrealistic expectations. They continually add more and more responsibilities to their employees and expect them to get everything done in the same 8-hour day. Poor management due to them being overworked running between two centers and always in meetings.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Initially, they put a lot of time, effort, and money into training and then it fell onto the initial staff to train new hires and still do their job. They constantly talk about the company values but the higher-ups don't uphold those standards.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Opening office, conducting morning meetings, attending multiple meetings either in person or on MS Teams, creating activities for the activity rooms, creating calendars and flyers for the various activities, facilitating said activities, being pulled from one center to another on short notice, answering phones, running reports for quality measures, rescheduling appointments, assisting staff with various duties.

Working in this role provided some clinical experience, but overall my experience was extremely negative due to the workplace environment, management behavior, and lack of support from HR. I experienced repeated interactions with management that I perceived as discriminatory and racially insensitive, which made the work environment feel uncomfortable and at times hostile. When I brought these concerns forward through appropriate channels, including HR, they were dismissed and reframed rather than addressed, and I was not provided with meaningful support or resolution. Communication from leadership often felt one-sided, and there was a stronger focus on discipline and documentation than on fairness, employee support, or open dialogue. This created an environment where speaking up did not feel safe or effective. While patient care was the most rewarding part of the role, the overall culture and leadership approach significantly impacted my experience. I would strongly encourage both management and HR to take concerns of discrimination seriously, ensure they are properly reviewed, and work toward creating a more respectful and equitable workplace.

As a medical assistant, You do everything from administrative work to back office work. Every week a new job dutie is put on MAs. But pay does not go up. Lots of favoritism from Center Managers. Lots of lazy MAs at different locations. Center Managers are not qualified in any way. MEMs as well. They don't know anything about the medical field. They just got the position because they know someone higher up. Most providers are great to work with. Some are disrespectful. It's all about numbers so they can get their bonuses. Forcing unnecessary treatment on patients so the numbers will go up. They literally talk about it right in front of you. Lots of turnover from front desk to MAs. Like I said, way too many job duties and not enough help from MAs. The only MAs that stay are the lazy ones that don't do anything but brown nose to higher ups to move up in the company. Lots of phone calls from patients and calling back patients. You have to do Prior Authorizations and DME referrals while taking care of the patients that come into the clinic. Most locations are very toxic environments.

-being part of the sales and marketing team everyday is different. Some days you are driving all over. Tours, new appointment scheduling and paperwork marketing, sales, calls, reports, accounts, networking, billing, events, etc.

- always speak up when you have an issues or concern, but unfortunately upper management doesn't seem to listen or care.

-micromanagement,  are not leaders, no support, expectations are unrealistic.

-negative, toxic, non supportive, and no appreciation. 

5) the hardest part of the job
-being in a "start up" company, processes and procedures are constantly changing. The process changes and then the sales manager expects the change to happen by EOD without any coaching on how the new processes and procedures are executed. 

6) the most enjoyable part of the job
-doing events at senior living communities.

You will meet some very nice people

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The unrealistic expections of the leadership team.  They create a very toxic environment by gossip and unprofessional behavior.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is a very toxic culture.  The lack of respect managment shows for the center teams is nothing I have ever experienced before.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You are micromanaged from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave at the end of the day.  In a sales role you are expected to host events, attend events, make sales calls, give tours of the Center to prospective members and make sure all of your documentation is completed in real time. You will put miles on your car and spend your own money and they are not timely in paying expence reports.
