The colleagues and culture of Bullhorn are great. It is a perfect place to hone your craft and learn a great deal of new skills that will be very beneficial in an IT based profession. 

The T1 Technical Support Analyst position is quite difficult because it is so fast paced and highly stressful. Each call is completely random on what you are dealing, what type of person you will be speaking with, and what issues will need to be troubleshot and resolved. The fact that we utilize so many different systems to manage that responsibility and the reliability of those systems are unpredictable on a call-to-call basis makes managing an already difficult job boarder-line unrealistic. 

Many of the issues that you have to deal with either needs to be escalated to a senior team because of its in-depth technical nature, the technical difficulties are currently being addressed internally by the engineering team, or is currently within the custody of someone outside of the Support team can lead to quite long resolution times and that causes unhappy clients. These are some issues that I would like to see addressed and I want to be a part of the solution rather than be on the receiving end of the problems.

Bullhorn is a great company. There are things that need to be addressed and changed for the betterment of not only the clients, but for the Support team so we have the opportunity to provide that "Incredible Customer Experience" that we strive for!

Its your typical call center with hard-to-reach metrics. Dont be fooled by the unlimited PTO because taking a week off can be detrimental to your stats to the point where you will not meet your metrics. Your metrics also begin while you are in training so if you want to deal with that then go ahead and apply.

I also found that leads and managers could not be trusted. They talk behind your back to anyone that will listen. Its really rude and this is such an issue that they had to terminate quite a few managers and team members for that reason.  Managers and leads like to pass the buck downward meaning if they are having issue, they will pass the blame to you.  

Bullhorns software is not up to par and remains with parts that will be broken indefinitely. Good luck explaining that to customers. If anything, stay away from support. Its not a good position to be in. 

Mental health is also not taken seriously here. Micromanagement causes so much anxiety and I have witnessed analyst have actual breakdowns so they will allow them to take PTO. YET, your metrics dont stop or get turned off so when you get back, you are behind and will further get berated for not meeting your goals/metrics. 

Bullhorn is a great place to work!  I've been here for almost 6 years and have consistently felt engaged in the different roles I've held.  

Bullhorn has a great culture - not only are there great perks (ie. company outings, free weekly breakfast/lunch, gym, volunteering opportunities), but the employees are also really friendly and approachable.  Especially on the busiest days, knowing that you genuinely enjoy the people you work with helps to ease a stressful situation.  

I also really appreciate that management  focuses on the career growth of each individual.  I have bi-weekly check-in's with my manager and she ensures I'm challenged in my role.  We're also given performance reviews twice a year, which are helpful at understanding my areas of improvement, what I'm doing well, and if I'm on track to hit my goals.  One of the things I really enjoy about Bullhorn is that individuals are consistently given more responsibility, so they have the ability to grow professionally. 

My day to day is definitely busy, but I can be flexible with my hours if necessary.  All in all, Bullhorn is a great place to work, where you feel appreciated, part of a team, and excited to work for such a fast growing company!

I began training at Bullhorn, and was fired after 3 weeks.  The reason?  I asked the trainer to repeat themselves a few times in training class.  
The training is extremely fast paced.  After 3 days of just introducing softwares, a test is given and many of the questions were not even covered in training.
One of the 'core values' is " Be Human".  Yet they do not, quite frankly, give two ships about the people who work there. 
To anyone considering this company, especially if for tech support, I would advise to beware.  This is a culture where they will be nice and friendly on the surface, and then you'll get stabbed in the back.  Don't be fooled by this friendliness.They will say be open and honest, and then will fire you if you are.   They say they will listen to you, but they absolutely do not.
I personally have never been treated in such a rude, lying, and dismissiveness by an employer.  So again I say:
Beware this position/company.  They will call you friend and then completely disregard and discard you.  They expect near perfection after a really quick training. Management will mistreat you.  Guaranteed.

The best part about being part of the development team at Bullhorn is that I don't have to spend too much time picking up fancy clothes every morning! 

Jokes apart, its a really cool team to work with. Everyone on the team loves to work with new technologies to help make our product better, be it developing it, testing it or delivering it. Everyone on the team is involved in giving inputs about new features being worked on which makes you feel very involved and valuable.

Managers conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to know how you are doing, know about your career path and help you move towards it. 

It gets busy when we are close to releasing major features out but managers let everyone have flexible hours so it makes up for extra work that you put in. 

To add to all of it, we just got a brand new lounge space,gym, music room and a huge kitchen. Not to forget free Wednesday lunches and Friday breakfasts, the annual company outing, volunteering opportunities and barbecues!

To sum it up... we never have a dull moment!

Bullhorn is a good place to work if you are fast at resolving multiple issues at a time, and like dealing with people whom have little time to spend on the phone giving you the answers needed to resolve their issues for them. The culture is good, and the support system is getting better, but slightly lacking [just slightly]. Overall, the pay does not necessarily compensate for the high stress, but the great health insurance affords visits to a doctor or therapist. They work hard and try to play hard, but the "play" is a bit underwhelming. Good place to work though...

Where to begin with this company. I’ll start with some good things. Most of the people are great and willing to help you out. Good benefits. Now for the bad. Some managers are down right awful. I had one who wasn’t able to answer any technical questions but yet expected me to know these things. Remote employees are clearly second fiddle to those in the office. Management will back up a rude customer before they support their own team. The quota system is absurd and a terrible way to keep employees. Constantly putting added stress on them. I left with 6 other people who we all agreed was due to the absurd quota. It’s a call center job and not really technical support.

It is an exciting time at Bullhorn!  The company is experiencing tremendous growth across the board; employees, new office space, product offering, and customers.  The vision of helping customers deliver and incredible customer experience is a powerful rally cry that resonates within each department of the company. While at Bullhorn I thoroughly enjoyed working across departments which gave me insight and appreciation for how each team contributes to the whole. It will be exciting to see how Bullhorn continues to create waves in the industry as it moves the benchmark on delivering excellent products and customer service.

Bullhorn is a great place to start your career but based on when I started there, don't expect to be paid the market rate. The culture and people were great, work/life balance was OK (deployments after hours which sometimes went into the early AM). Management was decent. The worst part was that they seemingly had a cap on how many mid-level and senior engineers they would promote. So if you were at a mid-level experience but the spot wasn't open you couldn't be promoted. Overall a decent place to get experience in the first years of your career before moving on to somewhere else.

Bullhorn is a great place to work overall, but there are a few internal procedure gaps.

These gaps are mostly centered around communication and proactive planning.

Great work environment and culture. Most managers will focus on your professional development to help you with advancement opportunities.
