What is the best part of working at the company?
The BEST PART is the PEOPLE! I think that they are the most caring people I have ever worked for. They hold high ideals and they value each and every employee who works for them. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
What is the most stressful part of the job? Occasionally, I would interact with someone who was having a tough day. That was sometimes rough. Sometimes, I watched the members we care for make some unhealthy decisions and I would feel powerless to do anything to help them. We all sometimes make an unhealthy choice, but we circle back and reconfigure down the road a bit. So, it’s about knowing that we all need to make our own decisions.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
This company is so supportive. The culture is transparent. There are lots of opportunities to grow. Mistakes are opportunities to learn. There is a lot of caring and support. Bonuses are a positive way they recognize employees. Also they have great Christmas parties. They are fun people who care about the members they serve.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My position was in behavioral health. I started my day off with a team call, called a “huddle,” where the 6 people on my team would share in turn how their members they saw the day before were doing. We would also have a supervisor on the call for guidance and support. Then, I would review charts, check if my daily appointments were confirmed and then I would hit the road. I would see my members , anywhere from 2-6 people a day, and then go home and chart, and sometimes, I would call a FNP or another team member to see how we could help with a special need that may have presented itself.

Small start up company. Job involves seeing patients for appts in the home setting.  Medical Provider NP and other staff do not get provided a company car, no mileage reimbursement or gas stipend or gas reimbursement, and expected to drive out of town as well as in town.  Work hours promised to be 40 hrs per week but actually are 50 hrs or more.  They do not provide a contract for the position.  Medical provider NP are expected to focus on social work needs more than medical needs, go shopping for patients, get food boxes for patients in between patient appts, with no extra time for this. Management /owner CEOs do not listen to medical provider NP concerns nor respect NP knowledge and recommendations , except for the lead NP, are slow to respond to concerns, questions medical provider concerns. Lead NP attempts to micromanage.  Lead NP, and other staff exhibit unprofessional behaviors when addressing issues in front of entire staff. Some medical assistants attempt to diagnose and promise patients and families prescriptions and treatments without discussing with medical provider NP and do not properly assess vital signs.  They only have one licensed counselor for entire Phx metro area for SMI patients and not equipped to help. No room for advancement.  They say they have an open door policy, but don't.  When I gave them a 2 to 4 week notice of resignation, later that same day they decided not to honor it and released me from work that same day out of anger or spitefulness and initially did not want to pay last wages due within 3 working days per Arizona Revised Statutes.  This company is not a good place to work for and do not care about their patients as they say and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The best part of this job is the fulfilling work that we do!!  Also, that we have hour long appts with our members which gives you time to help our patients significantly. We help with navigating medical appts and Drs, acting as a Liasson to bridge gaps in care for them. We help with finding housing, many other significant social needs. We help members learn how to navigate transportation for appts.  The management is the best I have ever had, they are always happy to help and are supportive. The company culture is like a family. People are not afraid to step outside their traditional roles to help each other. We tend to have rosters full of people who really could use our help. I love my job and will continue to work here until I retire!!

Their vision and mission is true and they truly provide and innovative to their best. So the best part is the patient care delivered.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The schedule coordination done at last minute 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly and helpful. Most of the time you are not in office so it’s hard to elaborate.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Good and reasonable amount of work for the day. You rarely work at the office.

The company acts like they care, but they don't. Do not provide mileage reimbursement for employees on the field and driving countless miles back and forth. Felt like a sales job doing the same thing over and over and expected to work many hours with little pay. Very micromanaged by the people above. There is no overtime pay. Your efforts are not appreciated and overlooked and will gaslight employees. Overall, an unpleasant experience. 

A company who cares about the well-being of the staff and people they serve. 
Through the years growth of the company has been steady.. Supportive leadership around growing its employees education to best serve the members we serve. 

Stressfull same thing everyday.i have been taught nothing in the same place where I started. Management plays favorites. Just coming to work knowing you are talked about and the clicks. I don't enjoy anything about this job it just pays bills

Leadership team provides outstanding support for all there employees, innovative programs, and a work culture that is unprecedented. Moreover, surrounded by positive co-workers that make going into work desirable. Would highly recommend starting your career here.  

Catalytic Health Partner's is a great place to work. Management very caring and supportive.  I enjoy working with the population we serve.  Our CEO is very passionate about the people we serve and we strive to make a difference in their lives.

Poor infrastructure, poor technology, high stress, unsafe work environment at times, no mileage reimbursement. High turnover in office staff. General dysfunction with the same people doing the majority of the work.
