Other than clocking out at the end of the day and the day I quit, the most enjoyable part of working at client focus was the people on my team.  The people on my team were very fun and enjoyable and actually really cool they were the best part of the job. I will say I got experience that got me out of there, and I learned a valuable life lesson about how it’s not worth a paycheck to be unhappy and sacrifice my mental health and wellbeing. 

The thing that bothered me the most is that the Owner was super cool but never around.  He put so much faith in the management to run it for him and barely checked in that he is oblivious to the way the employees are treated by management. I highly doubt he could tell you what  happened on the day to day in the company concerning the management and employees . I  had  kind of gotten to know the owner and he was a nice man and was very understanding and accepting towards me and others. It was fun to chit chat with him. 

The company felt like high school all over again except now we were all adults. The management plays favorites to all their top performers and the employees with fun and crazy personalities.  I was not  on managements  favorites list so I can see the difference in how they treat people.  I felt as if management always placed a target on my back and compared me to their top performers. Despite my best efforts to perform well  to the best of my ability I was not a top performer and because of it, They didn’t invest in me or my career growth.  My manager would want to know when I was burnt out but whenever I expressed my burn out they would gaslight me and tell me things like “ I don’t understand how your so burnt out when you barely do your work.”  Management stripped me of confidence and made me anxious every time they would approach me needing to talk.  Management made it very well known  to me that I was replaceable. The management was very indifferent and disconnected from how much work the  team actually puts in to make the company successful. I observed management play computer games and gossip with each other all day long between interviews. It was very hard to get ahold of management through out the day if we needed something from them, they would  refer us to the Customer service Representative for our team.  Because I was not a favorite They piled more work on me in an attempt to get me to quit or find grounds to fire me. My manager and a few other managers have talked negatively about former employees that left or got fired to me and my other team mates. They would tell us not to do what the others did because that got them fired. They  intimidated me and others on my team by informing us who got fired and why and remind us that they can fire us. 

The workload they would give us and goals they set were unrealistic to meet. They would have us sit in pointless mandatory  meetings almost daily and then yell at me and others when our work load fell behind due to their hour long pointless meetings. We would get yelled at by clients management and agents. They definitely don’t pay enough for the stress. 

The office was in a bad part of town and often homeless people would hang out in the parking lots. I was often left alone with one or 2 other coworkers to do managements job of locking up and shutting down the office.  I was not compensated for this nor was I comfortable doing so. I was never asked if I was ok with it I was told I had to do this since I was one of the last people to leave. As a female I was often left alone in then office when most of my team would leave for the day. There were times me and the only other female in the office were left alone to let maintenance men in to work. It was managements job to close and lock up not mine, I never agreed to do this.  When I brought up my concerns about this  to management they didn’t care. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part of working at this company is the supportive and encouraging culture. Everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed, and leadership is approachable and invested in our growth. I also really appreciate how employees are recognized and valued through things like birthday celebrations and work anniversaries, which make the workplace feel personal and appreciated.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part of the job can be the workload at times and managing multiple priorities throughout the day. However, it never feels overwhelming because the team is incredibly supportive. My team leader and coworkers always step in to help whenever possible, and everyone works together to get things done. It’s reassuring to know you’re never alone, and that support really makes a big difference in handling any stress that comes up.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment and culture at this company are very positive, supportive, and team-oriented, even while working from home. There is a strong sense of connection and teamwork despite being remote, and everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed. Leadership is approachable, encouraging, and always willing to help when needed.

Even in a work-from-home setting, it still feels engaging and collaborative. Employees are truly valued, and that shows through both daily support and recognition like birthday celebrations and work anniversaries. Overall, it’s a motivating remote environment where people are encouraged to grow, learn, and excel together while still feeling like part of a team.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day at the company is structured but also flexible, especially since we work from home. The day usually involves handling assigned tasks, responding to client or team needs, and staying on top of reminders and deadlines to keep everything running smoothly.

There is a strong focus on teamwork and communication throughout the day, even in a remote setting. If any challenges come up, there is always support available from team members and leadership, which makes it easy to stay on track and not feel overwhelmed.

Overall, each day is productive, organized, and supported by a team that genuinely helps each other succeed.

The work itself is easy but there is an overabundance of pointless meetings and ridiculous criteria. It is a bit of a toxic workplace as there is a ton of gossiping and if you aren't part of the cool crowd, you will get nowhere within the company but empty promises. They give you metrics which are reasonable enough except they then overload you with new agents, sometimes doubling or tripling your workload and then criticizing you when you don't meet those metrics or you let them know that you simply can't keep up. I have seen them overload people they don't like to force them to quit and if they don't quit, they use any excuse to fire you. I have seen numerous top performers be let go over petty things. You can be fired without being written up or given an opportunity to fix your mistakes. 

It isn't all bad though. Though the trainings and meetings take a ton of time away from your workload and make your results suffer, you do learn a lot. They are big on teaching people about culture which you can definitely use to improve your personal relationships as well as into your next career. They are also big on personal accountability though you don't get to utilize it much here due to the higher ups not listening and quick to put blame or fire someone. But it is a useful skill in your next career. 

There is a high focus on work/life balance which is a great thing. They are not generous with sick time or pto (AND NO PAID HOLIDAYS) but if you need to take off early to take care of something, need to adjust your schedule so you come in earlier and leave earlier or vice versa, they are willing to let you do what you need to do. Also, the benefits are good but incredibly expensive. 

Overall, come into this place expecting to be here only a short while with your eyes on your next job. This is not a place to dwell but you can learn a lot of valuable things that will help you with your career. 

Remember, if a place has a high turnover, it is for a reason.

A typical day at work at Forever21, would be just straightening up tables, and hangers. I would also assist many customers per day, not to mention running go backs during the work hours. I learned how to be a superb multi-tasker, along with remembering things at an alarming rate. My co-workers and I got along very well, and we became great friends outside of the workplace. The hardest part of the job was trying to please all of the customers. Some customers wanted things that were out of stock, and I would have to find a way to soothe upset parents, and other customers as well. The most enjoyable part of the job was getting to know customers, and dressing up fashion forward for work.   

A typical day at Client Focus was just going to your desk, turning on your computer, and reminding the people on your list of their appointments. Then later on that day, you would call people to try and schedule appointments for the state farm agents. I learned how to be very persuasive using just my voice, and I also became even more tech savvy than I already was. My co-workers again were a joy, and are my friends outside of the workplace. The hardest part of the job was making numbers. This is basically calling a certain amount of clients per day and making sure you schedule appointments for them. The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing you helped people save a lot of money just in case tragedy decides to strike their families.

I help insurance agents build their business by consistently setting appointments for them to connect with their clients. From the top down Management to the team leaders, it is clear that this company truly represents their core values. They care about their employees, and every person I have interacted with has had a positive- how can I help attitude. 
 A typical work day can vary depending on the day. On average, You could call anywhere from 150-250 clients in a day. I work closely with my agents to check in with their progress and goals. We have meetings throughout the week. In order to be successful, I have to manage my time and hold myself accountable for getting it done. There is no micromanaging.  The hardest part of the job is time management. Once you find what works for you to be able to maximize your results and get the best outcome from that time, you find that you can get much more done in less time. It’s not about working hard. It’s about working smart and efficiently. 
The most enjoyable part is knowing that whatever you’re working on and the agents you’re working with that their success is a direct reflection of your efforts. It’s a great feeling! Also, the company culture is so positive and supportive and high accountability. You don’t have to be perfect but you do have to come in with a great attitude, high accountability for yourself and always willing to learn. Someone may know a better way and there’s no shame in asking!

The job can be very same tasks, different day but it is up to the employee on how to manage it.  There is no micromanaging, just concerned leadership when they notice metrics below another consultant.  As a new employee I noticed right away the growth I could achieve and when I was allowed to sit in and help interview for new hires very early on, I knew they were serious about helping you grow in professional skills for letting a low level consultant sit in on high level interviews and meetings.  The workplace culture is sort of all over the place.  Sometimes it does seem that the structure get out of hand with the gossip and games played throughout the office but for the most part, the freedom is encouraged.  I like to think, as long as you are providing good outcomes and getting your work done, you are able to make the decision on how you spend the rest of your day if you don't want to continue calls.  The hardest part of the job is the constant of being on the phone through your shift during the day while maintaining relationships with the agents you are responsible for but it can be the most enjoyable if you get to know the clients you are calling on behalf of the agent you are trying to build that relationship with.  The idea is that in a year, if you don't move up and work with the same agents, you began to build a rapport with the clients as well.

Working for Client Focus has been amazing! You can tell that they really care about their employees. The opportunities that will come your way are endless as long as you continue to push yourself and also stay on top of your work. Each day you are required to make between 150-200 outbound calls which can become repetitive but if you can knock those out you get the chance to work on or do other things. Some examples are, Self development, Sitting in on interviews, Mentoring new hires, Leadership trainings, Working directly with your manager/director/vice president on special projects, and so many other things. The managers at Client Focus are really hands on and willing to do whatever they need to do to support their teams or the customers. The culture at this company is unlike any other place I have worked. Everyone is working towards the same goals which makes the culture really uplifting and supportive. Everyone wants to help each other succeed! Client Focus gives a lot of freedom to their employees to be great and do their job. So it is not for everyone, if you need supervision I would try somewhere else. 


Working at ClientFocus LLC has genuinely been a great experience for me. I started here as an Account Manager and have since been promoted into a Team Leader role, which speaks to the growth opportunities available for people who are willing to work hard, stay consistent, and continue developing.

I’ve grown not just in my career, but in who I am as a leader and as a person. I’ve built more confidence in my leadership style, strengthened my communication and problem-solving skills, and learned how to better coach, support, and develop others.

Management is approachable, communication is consistent, and expectations are clear, which makes a big difference in the day-to-day experience. One of the things I appreciate most is the team culture. There’s a good balance of high expectations, open communication, and people who are willing to step up for one another.

It can definitely be fast-paced at times, and priorities can shift quickly, so being adaptable is important. That said, those moments have helped me grow, build confidence, and become stronger in my role.

Overall, I’d recommend it to anyone who values accountability, growth, and being part of a team that genuinely supports each other while continuing to push each other to improve.

Client Focus is a wonderful company that has a culture of amazing people who care about each other. A typical day would look like working with your agents, and making calls to their clients to schedule appointments for clients to review their policies. It's a great purpose that leaves you feeling great about what you do. The management is very understanding and always offers help if you express you are struggling. All of leadership is promoted within, and if you ever wish to pursue career growth this is a great place to start. It's also a fully remote job where equipment is provided.. That offers a great work life balance for a lot of us. The hardest part of the job can be doing the same thing every single day, but the people and the agents we work with really make up for that. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to start something new, or is young and looking to start their career. 

I came to Client Focus when I was younger with little to no direction in my life. I was pretty unsure of what I wanted to do with myself, so I decided to get my foot in the door. I never realized what was going to be offered to me at what I thought was going to be a short term job. This company truly cares for their employees both internally and externally. I feel fulfilled every single day because of what this company believes in. It's definitely not perfect, and it can get messy, but they hire amazing people who continuously evolve the way we do things. It's easy to become burnt out on contacting clients if you don't take advantage of the opportunities provided to you, BUT if you actively grow and promote yourself this will be a rewarding job, that will land you your high paying job! Client Focus really cares about people, and they want you to operate at your highest potential. This company is the best place I've ever worked.
