The values of FMRI:
Integrity – Doing the right thing even when no one is watching (FMRI does not follow and doesn’t encourage employees to follow. Response is punitive) 
Compassion – Affording empathy, dignity and kindness to others ( FMRI does not follow. Management is not kind at all especially if you ask questions for better understanding to protect your license, report poor behavior of a coworker, or attempt to provide structure)
Accountability – Standing beside our mistakes as well as our achievements (FMRI does not follow. They’re quick to discuss their achievements but will not admit when a mistake is made. They cover it up)
Respect – Honoring others for their diversity, perspectives, skills and abilities (FMRI, while it praises itself for helping the underserved, does not ensure qualified candidates with excellent education and clinical ability are able to practice to their full capabilities. If you meet their “quota”, they would prefer you not utilize your skills and instead sit on your hands and watch the time pass)  
Excellence – Performing with competence, courtesy and professionalism. (FMRI does not value this in their employees and allows employees to communicate without courtesy or professionalism by not stepping in when someone reports it) 

When management does not address poor behavior of an employee and instead admonishes or attempts to shame the one who reports the behavior, management needs to reflect on its role in creating and allowing a toxic work environment.

While the work felt rewarding from helping patients, everything else was way less than desired. The amount of work is constant and stressful due to having to learn from trial and error. You will be told to do something one way while other management say it’s incorrect. This is because they change protocol every month usually making things take longer to give the same result. 

Upper management would always talk down to you and sometimes scream at their coworkers. In my experience upper management will disagree with you (if they even hear you out), twist whats being said if any concerns are mentioned back to how your performance can only be lacking to divert the issue you had stated, and ask if you have specific times in writing with descriptions to prove anything you have seen/or even spoken to them about (otherwise it never has happened). Get a paper trail if you work here, they definitely will not support you no matter how good/hard a worker you are. If you truly care about medicine and helping others I suggest finding another practice than FCH. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
In two and a half decades of nursing, this is the best place I ever worked. It’s not just a team, it’s a family. They truly care for there patients and employees. I was able to easily discuss concerns or ideas with management and I felt they were always open to what I had to say. I looked forward to work on my days there and that says a lot! I would very highly recommend this employer and am thankful for my time there. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There was very little stress in the clinic. Maybe if several patients needed cared for at once, even then everyone jumped in and helped. No one said “that’s not my job.” (Unless it was something they were trained to do of course) 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work flow is most often smooth and others are friendly. There is really not a negative thing to be said.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I worked part time as needed. I saw and assessed patients, drew and processed blood and started, ran and monitored IVs. Also, assisted providers as needed.

This place is the worst place to work I have ever experienced in my entire career.  The management is horrible.  They like you to think that they care about the people they serve.  They don't.  They think even less of their employees.  The hours are long and difficult and they will always find a reason not to give you praise or a raise.  In fact, they will find ways through loopholes to demote you and pay you less.  They are completely dishonest and never live up to their promises.  I saw countless employees (and myself) who put their heart and soul into their work and get punished in some way or another.  There is so much drama here, that middle schoolers would be stunned.  Do yourself a major favor and never work here.  They should be closed for the way they treat people.

It was a 8-5 job with great benefits and during MA week or RN week there was a present for you. It’s hard to talk about culture because you can easily not be hired back if you have kids who get sick randomly. They don’t approve of that mid-shift having to leave, the weather should not be a reason you can’t come in on a blizzard winter day. They mention family oriented but truthfully you need to have no problems when it comes to your kids. Fitting in was the hardest part of the job as I was not bilingual and seemed almost everyone was. I enjoyed the joys I made with coworkers but I didn’t fit in with anyone really. I was alone most of my shift or barely checked on.  No matter how much you do in the company it’s not always recognized. If I was able to get rehired on it would be nice but it’s been a rough road to find work. 

I see the patients that need their blood taken, the clinic also do IV therapy, so I take the vital signs before they get the IV, I don't have hard days at work, love my job at full circle health clinic, the most enjoyable part of my job is talking with people of faith.

In the ER
When we had emergencies those day come get a little hard because your trying to help do CPR, work with Doctors and the Nurses to save a life, than can't for get about the people that was there so you do all you can to help other make it through until the team can get back on their patients we all work as one.

Brain Balance Achievement Centers are cutting edge facilities that help children with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Dyslexia, and many other neurological issues.  The centers are drug free and have amazing staff that are completely their in order to help children.  Our staff promotes a, "we are all family," attitude because growing up with children that struggle is not easy and our goal in life is to help children not suffer.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Pediatrics is amazing. The providers and staff are great

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Unethical behavior by others is a major concern. A supervisor who changes your time card without permission or notification is a BIG problem

Expect to work very hard for no reward or even a thank you

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Unorganized and inconsistent patient flow

I have a great overall working experience here at Family Medicine. Everyone is very friendly and nice. This company has given me the opportunity that I need in my career which I'm happy for. I do feel that management could be a little more sentimental towards their employees and hear them out when there is an issue to be resolved versus putting it aside. But overall this is a great company to work for and I would recommend someone to work for them.

For the having an overall average age of late-20's to early 30's, the medical assistants at FMRI really didn't act like they were older than 16 when it came to cliques and gossip. 

The toxic work environment made everyday unbearable. No one cared about helping each other. It was hostile at times and departments were at each other's throats constantly.
