Ultimately, if you're not in the US, this is a good company to work for. If you are in the US, keep your resume up to date. Since moving the company from public to private equity, they have moved over half of the US job force to other countries. They don't call it outsourcing because the people in other countries still work directly for the company. About 90% of the product is sold in the US but only about 20% of the non senior management is in the US. There will be no signs that you're going to be laid off, even if you've been there 10 years, it will just suddenly happen.

Very cooperative amongst employees and direct managers 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Veryrapid and frenetic pace. Many meetings and changing work assignments priorities.  Everyday is a small challenge.

I can't stress enough how much you should not work here. They have hired increasingly more incompetent leadership over the last 18 months that have resulted in multiple rounds of layoffs.

The product is decent but doesn't stand out enough from competitors to overcome the complete lack of planning for success from leadership. 

There are good people there but they will more than likely be laid off at some point, as will you. They happen every 6 months and unless you brown nose the VPs, you will eventually get let go.

The overall environment was inclusive, friendly and supportive.

Writing emails, making calls, going to meetings and interacting with co workers.

Toxic workplace culture with heavy favoritism and office politics, especially within IT sales. Management often engaged in hazing behaviors that created an intimidating, high-school-like environment. I witnessed employees being treated poorly, with little guidance or support when issues arose. Lack of accountability and psychological safety made it difficult for people to speak up or succeed based on merit alone.

Another company that over hired during the pandemic thinking the growth would last. Work life balance and culture are top notch at GoTo but that was about it. Pay is much lower than the industry average, monthly quotas near impossible to hit with the amount of AE's. No inbound leads. BDR team is not well trained or managed. Sales managers are awesome but upper management lacks planning and direction. 

It was an excellent company to be a part of. For the most part, they have great teams and good people. The company was a perfect choice for me. Expectations are not super high, and it's easy to get into a position where you don't have too much to do, but are considered a high-performer. Project management is often done poorly, many new projects are approached half-heatedly and are cut off before they become viable. Fully remote positions make life easy as employee

Good culture, but old product. Leadership has no clue what they're doing and changes strategy every 2-3 months.  Company was great back when they were 1 of 2 offerings, now there are tons of competitors and several free products on the market. They laid off the majority of their sales floor last year. 

Really fun place to work. It isn’t the busiest place but it can get that way. Overall manager and owner are good people and the company is great to work for.
