Hard work for little reward. No real care for employees in many’s opinion

Hi y'all,

HVN is such a wonderful and friendly place to work.  It's non-competitive and very relaxed.  It's okay to let your hair down and focus on core business.  

If you have a good idea or are interested in learning something new; the owners and management are always open-minded.  There's a lot of room for personal growth and development.

Everyday, you're here for 8 hours.  If you work intelligently, you'll be very successful.  The hourly rate here isn't the best, but there's a lot of commission.

Really fun environment that allows you to learn  and grow in your role. Really enjoy working with the upper management and learning  about recruitment. The owner really knows how to help and mold her employees and show them the ropes in the role. I feel comfortable that I know what I’m doing and am excited to learn more. They offer great commission rates and incentives 

Commission only job but you can make good money. Excellent sales/recruitment training and a management team that is there to help you. Lots of advancement opportunity. Only con is you need to work very hard to do well. Beginning is a little tough but once you get the hang of it, it is a fun job with great compensation.

I loved my time here. I thought everyone was really kind and helpful and knew how to work together as a team to get things done. The management really helped me learn new skills and grow in my role. Only thing I can fault about the job is lack of parking near the office due to it being in a busy town. Otherwise great job and great people 

My experience at HVN  has been amazing since I started. The culture is the type of culture you want in any business you work for. It its a joy to work in a company that only recognizes all kinds of holidays for each religion but also acknowledges you on your birthday. The work day is manageable at 9-5 and gives me time to be with my family at night.

Working at Hudson View Network has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The positive and collaborative environment has allowed me to thrive as a recruiter, bringing out the best in my abilities. The support and opportunities provided here have undoubtedly contributed to my professional growth and job satisfaction.

Don’t let them fool you into thinking you can make a lot of money. Not worth the low commission rates . 
If you’re looking to go into recruitment , there are many company’s who offer salary + commission. 
Boss will watch the cameras and listen to your conversations all day.

The office is a very welcoming and a fun environment. The upper management is really hands on and really helps mold each person into the role. I feel really grounded in the role and am happy with said role.

There is no management the office clerk is the office manager because no one else works in the office…everyone is remote
