Was a great company in 2006, great co-workers which made a great team.  Years gone bye, high turn around, company lay-offs, than you see advertisements that IMS is hiring when they said they needed to do staff reductions.  Makes no sense.  Company is large enough they can find other positions to place there employees.  I guess its easier to not care and not make an effort to help keep there people employed.  I would not recommend this company if you are wanting a long term job.  Patients sent to collections without reviewing there accounts to see if there was wrong information input from the Provider Offices front office staff.  Billing under different provider names and non-contracted addresses corporate office lied about where the provider was practicing out of, and sent claims with a different address to have the insurance carrier pay the claim, when the provider was not contracted at the location where they did provide the services.  Terrible Credentialing Team, do not pay attention to detail, feel bad for the providers who deserve to be paid for there work legally.

Do  NOT work for IMS they have horrible management they do not see that some specialties are under staffed. I was doing a two person job for the pay of one. Super stressful, since I started working for the company Doc had no support from management in fact Doc has been Working without a manager or anyone to help with office issues. Supervisor spoke badly about the doctor and it was a very uncomfortable environment. A lot of favoritism.. some employees did not EVER clock out for lunch and would never come back to work, they would just go home and nobody did anything about it. Management was very sneaky in hiding all the bad stuff that the “favorite employees”did. HR and the higher ups where on the side of the people talking bad about the doctor instead of helping the doctor out. The Doctor was the best part of working at IMS she was very caring and such a good person loved working for her, but the company over all needs better organization and better management. Horrible place to work if you want to be stressed and underpaid then you will feel right at home. 

The office I worked for over all was great we were like a family and I still consider them very close and couldn’t thank them enough for the development of my work ethics. The providers, office manager, and staff are the only reason I’m giving this company any stars (it’s the only reason I stayed for 6 years). I don’t think it’s right for a company to change their corporate leaders every 2 years and at the same time not caring for their providers and/or staff. The employee turnover is horrible and I believe the cause was (or is) not only lack of raises but the exception to do multiple jobs due to being short staff. It also got to the point where you were having to travel to multiple locations without travel compensations and any type of early notice. What irritated me the most was how the consent switch of employees was affecting the patients and that was not what the company claimed to be about. I honestly have high hopes for this company in the near future, but the only way to get there is to find a good corporate team that’s not only about the money. 

I have never seen a place so poorly run, it's unbelievable. Expect to be shifted around from location to location without any consideration of your time or gas money, regardless of whether or not you were hired on to work as a float. Management has a clear bias towards some workers and providers compared to others. There are constant scheduling errors and the phone systems are god awful. Staff frequently call out of work, leading to others being overworked. IMS does not care about its workers or patients. Pay is decent, but you can find far better work environments elsewhere.

Company as a whole is horrible! Feeling unappreciated. No pay raises or bonuses, over worked. Low morale! No help from managemnet! Promised are made but never kept! No team work! Lazy staff! Management shows favoritism, talks about other staff behind their backs.  Do not work here! Plenty of other companies who will value your hard work, reasonable compensation, raises and bonuses, get you the help you need, friendly, wont lie or talk about you.

Where do you begin? As a highly educated individual this place lacks everything needed to succeed in the workforce. Upper management bullies to employees they do not like, which is alot(unless you think as low them that is) they promote from within, which is great, but the employees promoted are not even smart enough to properly teach their staff proper clinical duties, let alone write their own yearly review. The Director of Opertthinks she running RN’s not MA’s. Worst management I’ve seen ever in 20 years!

Every piece of this company is mismanaged. I'd hate to see what Medicare finds on an audit of their billing practices. Patient phone calls are ignored at clinics, the business office has no access to patient accounts prior to September of 2018, and they're being sued by a group of their own physicians for fraud. The turnover rate for management is painfully high, likely due to lack of support from upper management, who themselves have no real grasp on what is happening in their organization.

The work load was heavy, lots of meetings with managers on progress, managers were very friendly with open door policy and no one afraid to utilize the open door policy, which was great. Al coworkers were up beat even though over whelmed every one was still professional, courteous and nice, very helpful to new employees.

Although I loved working there, I was disappointed when only after 3 months they laid me off and 7 other people.

Typical day at work is to get calls from patients that need help with their bills.  I have learned that customer service is very important.  The Management team is super.  The support and understanding that I received was super.  Workplace culture is very friendly, and supportive.  The hardest part of the job was dealing with difficult patients.  The most enjoyable part of the job was see the end results of each problem that was solved.

Not the best place to work.  Great employees, but management is the worse I have ever seen. No bonuses or pay raises. Overworked. CEO thinks were fulley staffed when we're not. No coverage for lunch or vacation.  I don't recommend applying at any IMS location. They expect you to come in whether your sick and don't care much for your needs.
