The company always follows the owners example. The area for advancement is as poor, as the salary. Overtime is available, until you start becoming a zombie, working more than you see your family. 
Bad work life balance, low pay, and great health care only  if you can hold on that long 90 days of wondering if you made it.  It is definitely a humbling experience.
 The brand is amazing, and were some of my coworkers. 
Its a very clicky bunch. If you dont fit in, you never will. 
The company does give you free product from time to time, but it does not pay for the stress and aggravation you put up with daily.

This is an introductory company for corporate positions. On average people stay between 1-5 years. It’s not a long term position I’d recommend. Learn what you need to and leave so you can get paid what you deserve. A lot of the management in other departments are passive aggressive and insincere. If you need FMLA or some other kind of support during a difficult time, HR is great at helping with that, but your direct managers may give you a hard time. The customer care staff is always amazing and kind, but I can’t speak for everyone else. 

Prior to working at Image, I have only worked for large public companies. I can tell you that working for a smaller company like Image, I feel like my voice is heard. I feel valued and appreciated. I am able to interact and collaborate with different departments. The company is also always giving back to the employees through fun theme days, incentives and team building activities. We work hard and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Managers and Executives show their appreciation. I am really proud to work at Image.

This company is very cut-throat and fake. It’s made up of mostly women and majority (95%) are very mean spirited. The call center department is the most underrated. The male manger is the most easygoing and ‘fair’ supervisor there. Every other person in charge ( all women) are very fake and sketchy. No one goes to HR to report anything and it’s obvious why....Have a job lined up or a backup plan.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The people I met initially at the company. All of us are no longer there.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The new VPof Sales is a bully. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It sucks. Ageism, favoritism and pulling the rug out from under people.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Putting out fires daily. Too many corporate directives

Self driven outside sales job - complete autonomy to run your own territory business with little direction.  Learned the culture of sales to large and small skincare business alike.  Highly competitive work culture with very little corporate support.  Hardest part of the job is to remain self-directed an motivated.  Most enjoyable is the independence and sense of accomplishment when your business play pays off.

Poor, disoraganized training. They make promises they can't keep. They play favorites with employees. We never received  monthly promotional material until mid month. Inside sales did not know monthly promotions until the 3rd or 4th of the month. There was no consistency. Management would never ask themselves how they could help the employees.

Assist Education Department develop material to aide sales team in building clientele as well as training in house staff.
Most Enjoyable part of job was being a part of one of the most reputable clinical skincare companies in the world and being challenged to continue to keep the company innovative and interesting.

Interview process is lengthy, takes about 3-4 weeks of interviewing to get an offer. 

Once in you do receive extensive training and benefits after 30 days, which is great!

The management team is absolutely stellar, couldn’t ask for a greater team. 


Product knowledge and productivity is a must! Very fast paced and lots of multi tasking. 

They are a successful company that could not overcome a remote employee living on the other side of the country. I was able to learn about key items that taught me key items in Managing a team that I did not want to use in future team structures.
