As a former employee with this company, it started out as being fun and exciting. I was employed with baby on the block as they use to say. The adult day care. Clients became to complain that they never was able to go out, they always had to stay in the building. They complained about the child like activities that was taken place. It felt more like a nursing/assistant living facility due to the work that was performed. Never consistency within the management. Always running out supplies and food. Always known who's; company it was. fired people that no one within the facility, employees was always the last to know about changes within the company. Had to many chiefs within the company. Management didn't look at the individuals that was brought into the daycare, all the saw was a body and not seeing the strain it was put on the employees. Hours were cut down in order for the family member to work at the center. Staff's onion never mattered nor concerns. When staff would tell management the problem, the director was not to concern or she would not take criticisms to well. Pay was awful, didn't like that you had to take time off with no pay. no insurance was offered at the day care but was offered at the prime care office in milledgeville for the administration staff. This is not a good company to work for. Most companies give you your check in the hole, however this company will tell you upon your hire date, that you will have to put two weeks in the hole. When you leave the company, your're not entitled to your check. Need to work on management and pay. I will not suggest this company to anybody.

A typical day at work often felt unstructured, with shifting priorities and little clear direction. While I did learn how to be adaptable and navigate challenging workplace dynamics, much of that came from necessity rather than intentional development. Management lacked consistency and often showed favoritism, which made it difficult to trust leadership or feel supported. The workplace culture resembled a social clique, where advancement depended more on personal relationships than performance or qualifications. The hardest part of the job was the lack of fairness and the feeling that speaking up could negatively impact your job security. The most enjoyable part was working alongside a few dedicated coworkers and managers who genuinely cared and tried to make a positive difference despite the broader challenges.


Routine daily activities working with the elderly.  Basic housekeeping and meal preparation.  Occasional bathing, shaving and personal; care. Run errands, .e. shopping, pick-up or drop-off Rx's.  Companionship.

I've learned to be more compassionate to the aches and pains of others.

Management is client orientative, little compassion for employees health and well-being.

Co-workers are professional and kind.

Hardest part of job is pleasing the clients; especially the ill.

Most enjoyeable is assisting the elderly and people in need when family will not help.d

The company lacks effective leadership training and development from the owners to its employees.

Very stressful and unorganized.

This company lacks organization, training, and structure. It should prioritize finding someone to structure the company and focus less on revenue generation.

In late 2016, I applied for a position with Primecare through Indeed and was very excited when I received the call to come in for an interview. I had a great interview and was offered a position that I didn't even expect. Unlike any other jobs I've had, what won me over was the opportunity to advance within the company. It have been a true pleasure working for this company, I'm always learning, and I love the relationship we all have. From the PCA to the CEO, no one is overlooked and we all are treated with love and respect. Thank you Primecare for having me a part of your family!! My first time being employed with Primecare Homecare Services was in 2014 and I loved the company since then. Unfortunately I had to resign due to a really bad situation at that time of my life. Management was so concerned and caring and understood why I was giving my two week notice. May I add my job performance is what got me rehired in 2018 and I appreciate my manager in 2014 for adding that to my file. Alot of things has changed with the company but it's only improved the company reputation. Now that I was given a second  chance I'm not planning on going anywhere no time soon.

The company helps you when you need it and they actually care about you as a human being. I have been with the company for many years now.

Nothing is stressful working for the company.

Understanding, easy going and helpful.

Stress free! I been ready to great my clients.

The Clients ,and the workers they are very nice and respectful

My year with Primecare Home Care Services has been very educational and enlightening. I have strengthened my current skills as well as learned new ones such as staffing and pay roll.  The most enjoyable part of my job is interacting with all of my co-workers as well as caregivers. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly.

They are a kind place to work and the job is good. You are able to get hours but the company doesn't have any benefits examples card for traveling to and from each client home. The pay is not good enough for all the work is done and traveling and your time.
