Mornings are busy. Schedule upkeep was priority. There's a lot of internal messaging and tasks to attend to. Workload is far more than one can handle, but if not fulfilled I witnessed micromanaging, scalding and unappreciation even if trying one's best. Leadership has high expectations but no structural feedback or help nor support. You would think every company has a culture but this one has no belief system concerning patient care/needs and future , it's all about the money. Any plans in place are in regards to, How to get the most money out of people and/or insurances. The insurance verification process is a nightmare, but the essential part of the job otherwise providers can't see patients otherwise it's out of pocket. Only good was having downtime in between patients and towards the end of your day.

The company provides amazing services to patients in pain but doesn’t value its employees. Secrets,lies, and gossip has taken over the company’s values. You will never be rewarded for your hard work but given additional tasks as a form of punishment. As a form of compensation they give you pizza and have long pointless meetings . You will never professionally develop and don’t even think about getting a raise. Upper management has no organizational skills..The company no longer values good employees but rewards the ones who create unprofessional situations. Nobody wants to work in a toxic work environment for 8 hours. Sending emails and reporting issues are a waste of time because managers do not answer emails and joke about your concerns. The high turn over rate has grown and will grow faster without changes. Very unfortunate for a company that provide the patient care that it does.

This company have a wide range of growth .Each person push you to move upwards with in the company .Overall excellent

Driving one hour to work and one hour home but when I’m at work it’s great

We work as a team .The culture speaks for it’s self when you walk through the doors.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Each day is full of exciting smiling faces and a welcoming atmosphere to work in.we work together to make sure each patient has the best experience

The reward of working for PRM is wonderful. I feel that our patients look to us as a last resort sometimes and when we are able to help them get their life back, decrease their pain, it's such a great feeling. Our team is very cohesive and enjoyable to work with.  We routinely have time together to get to know each other.  We also know that we have each other's back and will pitch in whenever needed.  Each office location of PRM is very different, our office in Bethesda is really good!  Check us out!!

Decent place to work in. Definitely not the pretty picture they paint; some ethical questions do arise with their guidelines and “policies”. Patient timekeeping is a priority. YOU WILL BE MICROMANAGED HEAVILY!  There’s also favoritism involved; office managers will get bigger bonuses than clinical staff, they have more time off, more help, etc etc. You will be asked to help out other locations regardless if your workload. 

job itself is not difficult - but the environment makes it very stressful and constantly on edge. 
if you make one mistake- you have to sign a form that lists the mistake, when you met with the supervisor to discuss it, and sign that you understand if you repeat the mistake it is grounds for being fired. 
management is also very frustrating to deal with and there are a lot of microagressions in nyc office as well. 

I recently worked with the company and their training sucks, almost 80% of the training the girl that was training me was just gossiping about the company and how they are not organized and very unprofessional. Each department does not get along and talk badly about one another. They have favoritism within the company, they will fire you at any given moment for no reason. Do not recommend! It’s a waste of your time 

Great company to work for! Management is sincere about making the employee experience a positive one. They actually talk to you about life stuff, not just work. They will work with you if you need support or guidance. The work can be stressful but you learn a lot!  I like it so far!  

This is a company that is somehow still running despite disrespecting all of its staff members. The pay is abominable and work days are long and hard. Lunch breaks do not happen often and are frequently interrupted due to poor scheduling or doctors request. The alternate name for the company is pelvic rehabilitation medicine.
