What is the best part of working at the company?
Definitely not for an honest, transparent person, the training it’s basically a decent way to persuade people to lie to sell and just read the script they designed for agents to sell their very expensive product ( legal representation for debt on your credit report) . The first 300 k will be to pay your salary for the three months, after that you could get bonus if the customer doesn’t cancel ( very common) . Piramidal schemes… or you get fired if you don’t sell at list 1 M a month !!! 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Micro management, they listen your phone calls and every 3 min you must call or pick a new call   They measure times and moves for the 8 hours you are working. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The people are the good and only reason you can feel ok   Amazing staff , great environment, teamwork and kind director , the owner just see you as a number . 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work related: Stressful, disappointing, frustrating…
Team members: always ready to help and make you feel good.

Where should I begin? I would give the company zero stars if I could. Extreme micromanagement from the time you clock in until the time you leave micromanage for breaks not being on the phone. You're making 150 call or more per day to old mailer leads! With a few inbound leads. The Manager literally walks behind your desk looking at your monitor.  It’s a total startup so boiler room with extreme micromanagement. You won't earn commissions or hit commission until you brought A ton of money which very few reps are actually doing The only reason you might take this job is out of pure desperation. . Very Tough to make commission in the first 30 days!!!they're going to sell you a dream in the interview you're better off working at a traditional call center then you take this job you’ve been warned!!!!

They will ask you for everything and give as little as possible in return. I did 10+ hours overtime each week, and was one of their top 5 earners for several month’s. They took all my hard work and dedication for granted, any move made in the office is scrutinized including being friendly with you coworker’s.
Management does not see the value in keeping a positive and motivating work environment or offer some type incentives to reward achievements. They will complain and nag the sales team DAILY that you’re not doing the work of two people fast enough because THEY have a staffing problem due to this treatment of employees. Unrealistic PTO as if anyone can have a healthy life work balance with 5 days off a year and they even bullied workers with Covid to get back to work while still having symptoms.

Not the best place to work at. Micro management is at an all time high and they constantly hound you for not doing enough even though I was the top producer of this company. The buck gets passed around and most of the time management seems like they are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. This place is like a revolving door. You’ll do your best, produce for the company and its all in vain. Sadly employees are under appreciated and they are just looking out for themselves. If you want respect and appreciation and a work culture you can be proud of, its best you keep looking. Save yourself the time and anguish. 

Ever since I started, I felt like the company is working towards making things better and growing, especially at our location at.  Management has been extremely helpful. Give me all the tools to do my job..  the overall service that we provide have shown to give people sense of relief  mentally, and financially.  You know if you work hard, you could be rewarded, especially financially.  Great place to work looking for it to get bigger and bigger..  

Working at PBH has been a highly rewarding experience. The company's commitment to employee growth, combined with a dynamic and supportive work environment, makes it an ideal place for sales professionals looking to advance their careers, and the compensation is not capped!!! I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a challenging yet fulfilling role in inside sales. Multiple bonus and commission segments. 

Worked there for about 2 weeks, team leads might be great salespeople but they lack management skills and coaching skills. They pretty much just talk you down on everything you do wrong instead of providing solutions.

The owner is constantly micromanaging and threatens that the employees aren’t doing enough. 

Training is so unorganized. 

They don’t have the support to help you succeed - they just kind of expect you to know how to do the job. 

Turnover rate is high due to the lack of support. 

Horrible Company! 

Great place to work, if you are good on the phones you can make a lot of money here. Upper management always looked for employee feedback on how to grow and improve the company.

Working here is certainly not for everyone. You have to be able to thrive in a competitive environment, but they will give you the tools and  the support you need to succeed.
