A typical day at work starts with being on time and ready to begin the shift in the warehouse. What I've learned is the different sizes and purpose of PVC pipes. It was always a learning moment whenever the plant manager was speaking. There some hostility present from one of the leads and this lead to both leads working against me. I did nothing wrong. The hardest part of the job was created from untidyness and continuation of work with not enough time to clean up. Break time was not timely enough to appreciate fully(7:30,9:30,11:30 pm., but instead 7:39,9:56:11:11 pm.).

This is a good job if you’re looking for something quick. They send out shifts, and you pick the day you want to work. Now..some of the employees are RUDE, they always seem nasty over text messages. But never have the same energy over the phone. Smh. Also be prepared for your shift to be cancelled at any moment. Without explanation. I forgot to mention the buildings they staff are EXTREMELY understaffed, so you won’t get help once you arrive at these facilities. Most of them hate to even see stonebridge employees coming actually. So apply at your own risk

Marble Hill organization has a new DON who is very flexible with scheduling, is willing to help out and is not afraid to work weekends and nights as needed. Administrator cares about her nurses and staff and has an open door policy. If an issue arises, she will always make time to talk to staff,  offer suggestions, or help solve a problem. The organization pays well.

Was able to prove my work ethics where up to par. To show that I was still able preform any task put before me. Stepping up assisting my supervisor doing his job while still performing mine and assisting other co-workers. Learned how to process paperwork, quality control, production logs. Ensuring multiple new trainees on  there first days get the hang of the job. The most enjoyable part was the chance to prove my worth.

Management needs to improve communication skills, being concise, professional, and polite. There's no point in being disrespectful, all employees are adults, if they're job is less than unsatisfactory--- terminate them.

You will be going into facilities with no full time staff, therefore no teamwork.  Corporate has had to come in to run one or more administrative positions.

Must be very confident in you duties as a Nurse, Med aide or CNA.

Must be friendly and speak in a pleasant tone. Communicate with everyone. Management is very fair. Workplace is friendly. Nothing is hard about the job. Love working with all of my coworkers. We work well together.

Would not recommend unless you know the office staff or if you wanna become buddies with them so you can get the assignments very friend or I know type of environment 

This is a good temp service to go to when trying to find a permanent job they work with tour skills to match you to the job that is right for you and they stay with you till you get hired on 

Loved the fast money but didn’t like the way they talk to employees. They yell at you and belittle you. When you make them mad they will try and hold your check from you.
