Triad Financial Services

Working at Triad Financial has been a largely positive and rewarding experience. The company demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting its employees, especially during times when flexibility is needed. I’ve personally appreciated the accommodations made during my recovery, which allowed me to continue contributing while balancing my health. That level of understanding and support speaks highly of the company’s culture.

Triad also provides opportunities to learn and grow within the organization. I’ve been able to expand my skill set by taking on new responsibilities and transitioning into different roles. The exposure to different aspects of the business has strengthened my knowledge and made my day-to-day work more engaging.

That said, one area where there is opportunity for improvement is in aligning compensation with responsibilities. As roles evolve and additional tasks are assigned, it would be beneficial for compensation structures to reflect those increased expectations of workload. This alignment would help reinforce employee motivation and ensure that contributions are being fully recognized.

Additionally, clearer communication—especially around role transitions, expectations, and performance metrics—would enhance the overall work experience. At times, adapting to new teams and managers can be challenging without consistent guidance, and improved transparency could help make these transitions smoother.

Overall, Triad Financial is a company that values its employees and offers meaningful opportunities for development. With continued focus on communication and equitable recognition, it has the potential to be an even stronger and more supportive workplace.

A typical day consisted of pulling out dealer files whom we worked with and calling them to get updated information about how their business did for the given quarter. I learned how to you use encompass and a good amount of financial information., With management, it was very good when it came to explaining what the exact goal was that needed to be completed and what they expected of us. The workplace culture was nice everyone was close and understood what was expected from one another. The hardest part of the job was getting use to the specific business the company was involved in and transitioning from what I had learned to what we were doing. The most enjoyable part of the job was the closeness within the business and how satisfying it was when a given project was completed.

Typical day: replay to all the emails I would get asking for repossessed manufactured homes for sale. Returning phone calls, setting up the drivers to pull the house from the park, or sell as is with in the park. Once a month, I would report to the credit bureaus regarding the repo. I would post pictures of the house for sale on out web site. 
I made lasting relationships with different manufactures, even after I left, some kept in touch, I just treated them with respect & sold the homes at a competitive price. 
Management: left me alone & let me do my job. no micro managing 
Work place culture: make them money & everyone is happy
Hardest part: hearing the tow driver had to put the family out of their home. 
Most enjoyable: morning calls with my favorite dealership owners.

The pay range here will not attract very good qualified employees . Sales department has a serious problem if you were to "advise" them on some things that worked for other financial companies and the different departmens argue within the company.
My manager did not know how to communicate or advise in a professional way, it seemed like i was working in the ghetto somewhere.
No one told me i was to work nights and weekends just because they had extra work, i could have worked 6am-6pm so no weekends but they force you to change your schedule and then work weekends but not going above 40 hrs. Most employees there adise they are working alot of hours when they are standing around.

My teammates and direct supervisor are a joy to work with. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of training, technology, lack of knowledgeable leadership. Lack of beneficial policies and procedures. Underwriting position is grossly underpaid. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fun but can be feisty and stressful. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Unorganized chaos. Lack of direct industry knowledge. Stuck in a mom and pop shop workspace. Attempting to grow and change but will not until the who you know is changed.

There’s nothing great about working at this company .

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of training. Only train for 2 weeks and then you’re on your own. Asking questions maybe bothersome to others. They honestly expect you to know everything.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There’s no culture at this company it’s divided and the employees that work there doesn’t live up to triad’s standards 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful, pile you up w loans expect you to have them done within 24 hours.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Leaving. Do not work here ever!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Every day is hogh stress. Employees are treated very poorly.  Always a high stress environment. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
No matter how hard you apply yourself it is never enought. Upper management is very errigant. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Clock in, check email for the next waste of time for meeting that produces no results. Wait for or go to the next email from management complaints about how they want more.

After Triad Financial Services laid off good employees, I do not beleive this a company that offers job security. The company refuses to hire enough workers and expects the staff to carry the load. Goals are unrealistics, and  employees like myself expreineced high level of stress.

Every time you turn around there is a party for something. Our Exec Admin is always walking around giving out snacks and other goodies whether it be fresh popped popcorn from the real popcorn machine or afternoon snow-cones. You never know what surprises is coming next. Triad makes sure that you feel welcome, included, and appreciated.


I wasn't with Triad too long and it was by far the worst company I have worked for from a management perspective. I do not feel valued what so ever and I had the most unprofessional supervisor I have ever known who does not know how to communicate and get's aggravated at you asking questions. Training is non existent and you are completely overworked for your pay. I do not recommend working here. They have a high turn over rate for a reason.
