I am part of the College Help program and I love it!
Everyone is super friendly! Like the chick-fil-a of insurance companies.
They are super flexible with students and their schedules, extremely understanding and willing to work with you and around our school if you communicate with them!
Very inclusive! I honestly felt just as important as a full-time employee!
I worked with the policy services so I processed and corrected files, complete mail runs, did cancellations, etc. Very simple, they train you on everything and are super helpful and willing to provide as much assistance as possible.

Top management achieved their position in a position!  There are food drives for employees while management are taking very high salaries and host lavish company parties.  A lot of the company's philanthropic activities are for show.  So many thing are off  in ethics and morals while preaching ethics and morals.

politics are a main point. Make the higher ups like you. You can be 3x better then the next person but watch others receive positions you 100% qualify for but instead gets given to the person your leader likes on a personal level. Too many people in the company are immediate family leading to people being hired in roles and positions they know little to nothing about due to just having the connection but I guess that's how corporate America is...

I believe USLI is a great place to work for. There are a lot of opportunities to advance forward and you can also “shadow” with other departments to see if it might be a potential fit down the road. They really need to allow full time WFH, they lost a few really great employees due to this. 

Working at USLI is a really positive experience. You work on a team where you collaborate with one another in huddles. Perks include free lunch, a gym/full sized basketball court, and great benefits. The overall culture is stressed greatly and is very positive! Definitely recommend this company if an opportunity applies itself to you.

Its one of the best place to work for. The work environment is an important factor for organizational productivity. A good work environment is directly related to building a better place to work. Better workplace encourages employees to work efficiently, thus helping the company to achieve success

am typical day at USLI would consist of me filing and doing imports and exports for the customers. this job helped me to use my skills in excel and microsoft word. The job is very tedious but the accommodations that they have for their employees makes up for it.

Being a part of the college help team has been nothing short of incredible! From the atomosphere you are welcomed into from the first day you start there, to the continuous opportunities provided to me day to day to constantly help me move forward! Would always recommend to anyone and everyone!

It's a great company I recommend to my family and friends if anyone was interested. Perhaps, that is why nepotism within the company is very prevailent and make things a bit complacent within the organization. Senior management could be better. But overall, not bad.

USLI gave me an experience that I would never forget. While we work hard in the office daily, there are different opportunities to engage in throughout the company. It is a very welcoming community. Cannot forget about the free lunch.
