The other folks in my office were great. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is no management plan, structure, or executable guidance about how to execute on the job responsibility. There is a pitch deck about market operations but little to no training and it is full of concepts that are based on false premises. Senior leadership seems to be disconnected from the day to day reality of the project and could stand to get in the field. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Pretty aggressive and full of dread about getting fired for not executing on the conceptual playbook which contains no repeatable games. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Morning meeting, research on prospects, lunch, calls to prospects, deck creation for presentations. There was a weekly call where the CEO would berate the entire company for underperforming on Wednesday mornings.

Veryable was about working in an environment that you think you may like and it had the ability to move to another gig once your op ended or you withdraw or cancel depending on your needs.
Now days your penalized for withdrawing, added to what they call a labor pool without consent or even being informed.  That ties you to a company removing your abitity to withdraw.  Thats even if harrassed or hostile work environment.   Some companies and coworkers resent your ability to choose your workdays and pay creating a hostile environment.  Flexibility was a great benefit for me being a single parent.  

What is the best part of working at the company?
Flexibility, opportunities to earn extra money, and potential to find a good permanent job if that's what you want... Also being paid the next day is great.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Jobs aren't guaranteed- you have to bid on a position and get accepted, the app glitches a lot, you can be banned for being a "no show" even if (a) you had no idea your bid was accepted and (b) if management didnt know your name/check to see who you was there. You can only be paid via the Vault which is very annoying and difficult if someone steals your physical card.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Varies from op to op, but it's generally non climate controlled warehouses with very high turnover rates.

So far I’ve had a pretty enjoyable experience, the only thing I would have to criticize is the rating system. 
When you show up on time, enthusiastic  ready to work, dressed neatly,  work quietly fast and efficient, come back from break on time, Pay attention to the task assigned without distractions, have a positive attitude and barely take a bathroom break but then leave and get a low Rating from a Client-Without any explanation, it leaves you wondering what you’ve done wrong. This leaves room for discrimination and bias. I hope clients in the future will be prompted to explain if they rate an employee with less than a 5 star rating. This will inform workers on the areas they need to improve in.
Especially if this Rating will have an impact on future assignments and potential income for this company and temp workers. 

It's a helpful temp agency app if you need to supplement your income or are unemployed. It's alot of different opportunities and alot of the companies that use it like to hire good workers Full-time from here. You can have an assignment extended with a company you like or finish your assignment and go somewhere else if you don't like it or just don't want to work anymore. Assignment can be really short or really long but you always know the duration and schedules before taking any job. So you can choose what works best for you. New jobs post and close in real time so you always know exactly what's available. Most jobs are usually first come first serve.

Variable offers a lot of warehouse positions and factory line type positions. Mainly order filling warehouses. Only thing that is not the greatest above Veryable is you have to put a bid in and hope you get accepted for the bid. It's not like other gig work where you can actually just apply for the job and once you've taken the job it's yours. You have to hope that they pick you as well which can be a process. Veryable used to be a great app when I used it in the beginning but now I hardly ever get picked and it's not because of my work. It's because there's just so many people and so little jobs. They need to have more than just one or two positions for each company available. 

Work-life balance
Be aware and do your best at every Op. The App has some issues and it can make things difficult to manage. Yet all together it's a great service for many to utilize if you enjoy flexible work scheduling, and daily work opportunities. Which can also transition into full time employment.

Pay & benefits
Without the paycard you would have to wait until 5pm for next day pay direct deposit. With a paycard you would receive payment next day 11am.

Overall
A different type of way to employ, and compliment flexibile various schedules to match assignment needs. It makes a major change to coordinate people with employers for continuing employment with the ability to be remotely (less-contact) hired. While bridging the gap from employer-employees.

You have to keep checking the app because you never really know when a company with post what they are looking for.

It is good. It is definitely a business casual everyday

It is definitely as it read. 8 am - 12 noon . I really put my head down and just. Work. Work work. My break is over are 12ish. Then I put that work back in. The Next thing I know it is time to go. Home sweet Home

The environment depends on the work site. The culture is to always be professional, dependable, and accountable.

Arrive at site before start time, in order to make sure of assignment location. Receive brief instruction. Assignments are different at each site. Pick, check for quality, pack, label, load, drive truck or van, deliver, log activity, assembly when required, installation as required, unload, hand in paperwork. Sign out for the day.

What is the best part of working at the company?
You have the ability to chose your own shift/hours and your rate of pay.  This allows flexibility and that is what most people who are contractors love about Veryable. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When you bid on a job/ shift and you aren't accepted or when jobs aren't available when you want and need them to be.  Also location can be an issue at times as well. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is ultimately Whatever you make it!

Cool... laid back... comfortable in most cases.
