What is the best part of working at the company?
WellLife Network provides every employee with opportunity to learn, develop, and advance his/her knowledge and skills through hands on performance based training; you are literally in the field learning all the required skills while you work. It was an amazing experience.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part of the job is juggling multiple responsibilities based on your program's need when staffing is low; you may find yourself supporting 2-3 departments at one time, which is an excellent learning experience, but can be stressful 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There is a team and family culture throughout the organization, the various departments are very close, the employees work together and support each other, and that closeness helps to foster performance and productivity.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day for me consisted of in-person and virtual conferences with clients, providers, vendors, funding sources and governmental agencies; working collaboratively to bring about change and improvement to the quality of service provisions in the local communities that I served.

Horrible place, Supervisor sabotaged paperwork, getting rid of all the house trainings, supervisor was having side conversations with staff about money. Financials were done weekly, and money was missing from the safe, food was missing from pantries, laundry was all over the house, feces on the walls, medication was being given incorrectly, individuals clothes were missing, mixed up in everyone's drawers, haircuts were never given. Recreation was never done because of lazy staff and shift supervisors, money was never in the house.s Staff smoking marijuana in house, liquor found in the house, staff stealing time having others clock in and out for them, staff sleep on the overnight, shift supervisors not showing up, having sexual relations with staff in the house, no temp agencies were used, staff were doing triples,  lots of call outs, high turnover in management Very unorganized and unsanitary needs to be shut down

What is the best part of working at the company?
Benefits, co- workers, management very good util the change.; fareness , great until the change of management.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being treated equally:  a 30 a wk worker , notified management that they wanted to work 40 hrs a week.  Mgmt gave worker 40 hrs.  2 months later took it away, hired someone else gave them 40,  mgmt did not notify the 30 worker that they where hiring someone else or that they were taking the extra hours back.  Nor was there ever a posting that a 40 hour a week position was available.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
90 percent of the workers, work together to get the job done.  They are compassionate, caring and attentive!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Preparing meals, 
Showering, medicating, dressing, laundry, cleaning, tidings, organizing.  What ever the needs of the residents call for.

This workplace may not be the best fit for individuals who are kindhearted or highly empathetic. The environment can come across as cliquey, and acts of generosity or compassion may be received in ways that feel discouraging. Employees who go above and beyond to act with decency may find themselves isolated, misunderstood, or unfairly criticized. The culture can feel divisive, and genuine effort is not always recognized or well received.

Although the organization presents itself as caring and committed to serving the community and vulnerable individuals, the internal experience may feel very different. Some employees may come away feeling taken for granted or unfairly cast in a negative light for not fitting into certain dynamics. Prospective employees should consider this carefully before committing.

I feel WellLife is a great environment to work in. The clinician's that work at the PROS program I interned with care a great deal for the clients who attend the pros day program and are very involved in their treatment. As an intern, I felt like I got the best experience possible. I gained a great deal of clinical skills and the supervision was efficient and always excellent. I was given a lot of freedom with my therapeutic style and was given the chance to run various different group sessions as well as given my own small caseload of clients throughout my experience. I highly recommend this organization, especially counseling and social work students looking to learn in a great environment

•	Conduct face to face and phone interviews.
•	Organize weekly open houses.
•	Complete background checks and verification of certifications.  
•	Develop and manage recruiting reports for HR department and Managers.
•	Create and maintain positive relationships and build networks with local colleges and businesses.
•	Conduct new hire orientation. 
•	Provide excellent communication with candidates through onboarding/hire process.

Toxic work environment you have a PC who does absolutely nothing besides be on her iPad. She says she’s there to support you but does absolutely nothing. When you speak out with any concerns, she targets you as well as acts like she’s hears your concerns but does nothing to fix them. You have a great senior, and a good team but not enough to keep anyone in the whole agency. The agency in a whole is too busy prioritizing money and not the people we support. You were overloaded with work your caseloads continue to climb and you will have no support stay far away from this hot mess of a company. They will cover anything management does so beware!!!

I've been with the company for about 7 years and it just get worst by the day. The management staff aren't treated well. The higher ups don't have any appreciation for the people who are actually doing the job. I've been there 7 years and have never seen the CEO or spoken to him. I've held several positions in the company, seeing different aspects of the work and  it just gets worst. The Christmas gift we got last year was a $25 gift card to Marshalls/TJMaxx/Homegoods. Only reason I'm still here is because of the people I provide services to. If it wasn't for them, I would've been left.

I feel accomplished working at welllife network and  over the years I’ve learned so much that I will always recommend; if you’re full of compassion and love making a difference in someone’s lives,Welllife is the place for you to work.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I’ve never had a stressful moment working at welllife,it is challenging sometimes but at the end of the day everything is well handled and taken care of with everyone co operating .

 The work environment is very safe and well equipped,

A typical day is if I’m sick an I can’t go to work.

Well life was a great learning experience for me I was well experienced in the medical field but I didn’t have much experience with the support professional I learned a lot about different individuals in different behaviors different medications and different disabilities that each individual had and what i had to tolerate. I had to  clean them, shower them, cook for them, encourage them to practice individual skills and every day living it was hard to manage a lot of individuals at once in one resident but it was a good thing saying the guys learn different things and become smarter on their own
