When I first joined Wrapbook, it was an incredible place to work, but over the past year, the company culture has shifted greatly. What used to feel like a people-first startup is now more like a large corporation, but in all the wrong ways. Creative problem solving and individual contributions feel like they just aren't welcomed any more. Instead, there's pressure to just follow directions from the top, despite the downstream impact they cause. This has made it tough to feel like you are really valued as a person, and that we are being replaced with systems. We work hard and do our best, but the ambiguity combined with lack of vision minimize our efforts. It makes it feel like nothing we ever do will ever be enough, which I truly hope is not by design.  I'm honestly sad to say that I've recently begun looking for other jobs outside of Wrapbook, which I never dreamed would be a possibility do when I started here. It's heartbreaking to see what Wrapbook was, and what it's becoming, and I truly hope leadership turns things around while they still can.

I learned so much from everyone here, and the leadership team is doing a good job of growing the company. It has typical startup issues, trying to figure out how to grow well, overall I would recommend
