During my time with the company, I encountered several operational and cultural challenges. New employees were often expected to pick up where others had left off without proper handover or documentation, due to frequent turnover from resignations and terminations. The workplace struggled with communication breakdowns, minimal support from management, and overall disorganization.

Despite being severely understaffed, the expectations for performance remained high, often without the necessary resources or guidance to succeed. There was also a concerning pattern of terminating staff just before the end of their 90-day probation, which contributed to a lack of job security and a stressful environment.

If you're highly independent and thrive in chaotic environments, this might suit you. However, those looking for structured onboarding, strong team support, and long-term growth may want to consider this carefully.


If I'm being completely honest the job isn't horrible. If you are determined you can learn the work however, working as a coordinator was a truly humbling experience. From being cursed out by patient's family members to being reprimanded for using PTO. The lack of equal caseload distribution was definitely one of the most frustrating daily occurrences. Micromanaging supervisors and egotistical department leads who cant be bothered with our questions. If you wish to take work home with you and have no work life balance this is the perfect job for you. Employees are treated like they are disposable  and turn over rate is very high. HR is nottt your friend!!!! Dont become accidentally important!! Do the bare minimum!!

If you are looking to be a Caregiver, most definitely consider other companies. The Belton, SC office is not worth your time. Hands down, WORST place I was ever employed.

Quiet hiring supervisors customers are god and even if they are wrong it’s your fault you have to go above and beyond your actual job duties told in interview they treat you like you’re stupid even if you were hired with no experience and then offer no training turn over rate is crazy. Hr is non existent they just there for looks and attendance. They literally pay you less then the people coming to the agency for homecare.

I can not understand the the core concept of this company. They pursue the customer is God, even if they are wrong. But when it comes to their company policy, there is some requires the cooperation from customers. Which means, if customers is not willing to cooperate, you are the one taking responsibility. No matter if the customer did not keep her words or not. Colleagues are very friendly, but the supervisor was not doing anything but playing on his cellphone.

You don't get recognized if you work hard. Don't work too hard if you just want a low stable income. Supervisors are rather not helpful if you request for higher compensation. so if you don't like the work load just leave asap. Most coworkers are friendly but people stayed only because they live close by.

You always have work.Great company to work for. The benefits are good and so is the pay

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing I find nothing stressful about working for the company. Show up for work no problem

You need to make sure the patient drinks their medicine on time. Make sure the patient goes to every appointment. Make some meal, if the job requires it. Do some cleaning too.

typical day they called the patient s home and you got a warm greeting from the co-ordinators.

I enjoyed working for X-treme care as a per-diem assessment RN. The hours were flexible and the management staff was pretty supportive. The position was discontinued at the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
