GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Concierge Security Officer!

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Site Location: Saint James, Louisiana
Set schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:00pm ( 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

Answer and route incoming calls from the site’s switchboard promptly and professionally.
Welcome and process all employees, contractors, and visitors entering the facility.
Assist with organizing, processing, and electronically filing security department records and logs.
Issue, update and verify access badges.
Monitor, track, and report security-related activities as required.
Verify that all individuals entering through the lobby have site-issued badges and comply with TWIC requirements.
Communicate security protocols clearly and provide professional assistance when needed.
Train security officers assigned to the receptionist post.
Receive and distribute items delivered to the lobby.
Handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining reputation and professionalism.
Demonstrate courteous and professional conduct at all times.
Maintain required training and participate in periodic testing to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
You have a state license if required
