Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels welcomed and well-cared-for, whether they’re enjoying a casual meal or celebrating a special occasion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills, develop your sales abilities, and thrive in a dynamic setting that values teamwork and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service.
Serve food and drinks with enthusiasm, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience.
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering processes, including cash handling and credit card processing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar setup, dining tables, and workstations.
Follow all food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations to ensure guest safety.
Collaborate with team members during busy periods such as nightclub events or banquet functions to deliver seamless service.

Requirements

Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing.
Experience working in nightlife venues or catering events is advantageous.
Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift supplies as needed, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends. We will not be opening until mid July but will be bringing people on for training and set up early. You will be part of something brand new and help pioneer a brand.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
