Pay

$25 – $34 per hour
(Based on experience)

Job Type

Full-time – 40 hours per week
Overtime opportunities available

What You’ll Do

Perform high-quality welding using SMAW, FCAW, and SAW processes
Read and interpret weld symbols and fabrication drawings
Apply distortion control techniques to maintain assembly tolerances
Perform oxy-fuel torch cutting
Assist fitters and layout personnel with structural assembly
Help maintain production schedules while meeting strict quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Strong welding skills
Detail-oriented and quality-focused
Safety-minded in a fast-paced fabrication environment
Reliable and self-motivated
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Welding experience preferred

Physical Requirements

Lift and move up to 50 lbs unassisted
Frequent bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling
Operate powered industrial equipment
Work in a shop environment with dust, noise, uneven surfaces, and changing temperatures
Strong visual awareness including depth perception and clarity of vision
